The thing I find interesting is that everyone, everyone comes up with the June 9th date except Tony who says June 2nd. Then Clint says a little bit before Father’s Day. Then along comes Kio, who knows a Ida Gonzales that lives in the neighborhood and by the urging of this other neighbor, Bailey Dickens calls the police to add her 2 cents except she says July 9th and then later changes it to a different Casey who called her. [Right, another Casey] and she doesn’t have a phone number for and her boyfriend won’t let her turn over phone records to get. This Kio gives police a number that she claims was the number but it is now disconnected. See Pdf file #17290449 PG 90.
The ‘shovel’ neighbor Brian B. tells what he knows but he has the date at the week after June 16th or even the week after that. He drives a maroon Ford Taurus. [Makes me wonder if it is faded because the tattoo guy said Casey showed up at his place in a compact maroon color faded car maybe a Toyota, similar type car. Just something that stuck out to me. Is there more to this?]
My point is all of these ‘new’ friends of Casey’s who can’t seem to remember what they ate the day before can come up with that same date. I think that Amy came up with that date first, told Cindy on the way to find Casey and that is why the Anthony family said June 9th, forgetting about the trip to the Nursing Home to see Cindy’s father. The word was spread “if your asked say June 9th”.
I brought this same thing up about two or three pages ago on this thread.
It was just too convienient.
You would think at least one of them would have remembered the date of Father's day. Or at least said "It was father's day"
If it wasn't for the date stamp on the video I would think Caylee was gone a lot longer.

It's like they used the name and pulled the info out of the database on that other Cynthia Anthony that had the child neglect and whatever else it was charges that were found here from the beginning  I'm quite sure she was born in 1980 and was definitely black because someone found a mug shot or something I believe...so this seems to be that same girl.

How in the world that didn't get put in correctly though is a little
goofy!

Not only that...if you look at the info on ZG that the LE had in the "witness" pages. Her age is 37 the imaginary ZG was 26 according to CA. I"m assuming that the one that the LE has on their page was the one THEY found?

George brought the car home late afternoon. Cindy and Casey didn't arrive home until evening, sometime around 8:00pm and the police didn't arrive until later, around 9:45 - 10:00pm.

I think the car was there for at least 5 hours before the police came.
So where did George go after he brought the car home?! He called Lee to "check on his mom" and stated he would not be back until later (around tenish IIRC).

I was listening to Real Radio on my lunch hour and heard an interview with the father of one of the musicians who went to the Anthonys on the flat bed truck and played the "hateful" music. I think I heard the name of the band to be "Bite Boy"? Anyway, the hosts were giving it to the father because they thought it was a medio ploy and disrespectful to Caylee. The father said a few things on the radio:
1. The musician's father claimed Leonard took a "swing" at one of them. Some story about taking a swing and hitting a mic stand which hit the camera person recording the event.
2. The musician's father said it was on YouTube (I couldn't find it).
3. The musician's father said that Leonard said TWICE, "You are interfering with a criminal homicide investigation". (Criminal homicide?)
4. The musician's father said that Leonard went on Nancy Grace and claimed Casey did not show to the vigil because the band was going to come back but the father said they NEVER mentioned coming back.
For what it's worth...

That is great info.....Thank You

Sounds like Leonard is loosing his cool

...snipped.....Another thing that bothers me is that Casey seemed to be inserting all these acquiantances into Caylee's life....When I was divorced and dating my future/current husband, I wouldnt let him meet my kids till we had been dating for over a year, they were 2 and 3, and I didnt want to clog their brain or them to get attached to someone that wasnt going to be around--maybe that was a little overly cautious, BUT poor Caylee was being exposed to alot behavior/people that a 2-3 yr old shouldnt be around....what if one of those guys had been a pedophile for petes sake!
I know!!!!!

I love it when I hear about parents who care enough about their child's emotional well-being to preserve their sense of security, even when it's not the most convenient practice for the parent.

What I take from reading all the discovery (I was up until 3:30am!) is that Casey is a force to be reckoned with and of course, I don't mean that in a positive way. She is a MASTER manipulator and very skilled in playing her evil, diabolical games. Those detectives interviewing her seemed like amateurs to me. They were talking WAAAYYYYYY too much and I believe she was in control of the entire interview. She stonewalled: uh-huh or silence were her answers for the most part. It's like she was reading them. The more they pushed, the calmer and more resolute she got. The few times they backed her up against the wall, she countered with "help me" or simply agreed with them that her lies weren't helping. She didn't budge an inch. Like her guy friend said (the one to whom she revealed she smoked pot), she was always a hard 🤬🤬🤬.

I don't think she's gonna crack, I think she will stick to her story to the death. I don't think she's going to offer explanations for anything. More than ever, I think we are dealing a true sociopath. It seems almost textbook to me.

Lol. I actually feel a wee bit sorry for Casey...don't think she stood a chance with Cindy as her mom.

But on to Tony, I got a really hard time yesterday for even suggesting he might possibly have some involvement. I find the fact he told police he hadn't seen her since the first weekend of June was weird too, as it seemed to me Clint was truthful and pretty certain it was the 9th. Can't help but wonder if he knew the "caylee went missing on the 9th story" before he told police this. Plus, odd that he says first he heard of it was when Sherrif's officers came to his place, but later says he spoke to Lee about it night before. And, if Casey had any sort of plan re reporting the car stolen etc when it was left at Amscot, it's odd that she had Tony pick her up. And, I wonder, did Amy call Casey and warn her that she was coming with her mom before they showed up?? And I wonder, will phone records show she spoke to Tony before being taken into custody. All IMO only.

Re his pic, I'm pages behind and hope you have a link by now, I think I saw him on some of her photobucket pics.

HMMM... that's interesting in light of the fact that some of Tony's friends went nuts on Clint's facebook after he did the interview. :waitasec:

I believe I saw on Casey's written statement she said 25 years old.

IMO, Tony liked Caylee, but maybe she was mischievous, or getting into things all the time. Maybe he had expensive furnishings, and was worried about them when Caylee was around?
Maybe, all they wanted to do was have sex, (honeymoon period in relationship, lots of impromptu, spontaneous sexual intimacy?), and Clint wasn't always available to babysit?

I was wondering more what changed in Casey's mindset. With Rodrigo and the honeymoon phase she brought Caylee over 4 nights a week. With Tony, even Clint says Caylee never stayed over.

yes, and Clint says AFTER the 9th in an interview he says he was sure it was after the 9th not on the 9th

Amy: "It's out in the parking lot it's the red Corolla" (3rd PDF doc., pg 89)

Sounds like Amy's car.

Isn't Casey is a sociopath and you should stay away from her one of Cindy's more insightful and honest statments?
Yes, but it sure seems out of character from what we have seen of Cindy.
According to her now Casey walks on water. IMHO

I just finished reading the last of the 3 documents, and I cannot believe (well yes I can now from everything I've read and heard) the elaborate lengths Casey went through with all of her lying, and to put together all of those fake emails.

I just have something to say to the local people who are involved with this case -

The Anthony Family - If you read the same documents that the whole world did yesterday and today, there should now be no doubt in your mind of the volume and depth of your daughter's lies, and if you "know something" you should stop covering for her and come forth now with what you know and when you knew it. Save yourselves from being brought down with her.

Current and/or Past Friends of Casey - If you know anything about the whereabouts of Caylee, dead or alive, you should come forth now and tell LE what you know and when you knew it. Don't let this case bring you down along with the Anthonys.

Mr. Baez - Run as far away from this case as you can, and let a judge assign another public defendant for Casey. This case is way to big for you. She is going to need a "Gloria Allred or Garagos" level attorney to help her try and get out of this mess. I don't think the popularity (positive, negative or otherwise) is worth it. She will never get a fair trial anywhere on this planet, and why in the world would you want to stake your reputation on that ??

Bounty Hunter and Bail Bondsman - Run as far away from this case as you can, and eat your losses, and revoke Casey's bail. This case is bringing you negative attention, and I just don't see where this will ever lead to a positive for you. If Caylee is even alive, she is most probably hidden so far "underground" that you will never find her. And I don't mean "buried" when I say "underground".

And finally for Orange County Florida Law Enforcement - I'd like to commend you on the excellent work you've done thus far. I pray that one day you will find America's Little Sweetheart Caylee".

Well said

Okay.. two things just to be clear. Number 1 - I "absolutely" believe CA is responsible for whatever happened to Caylee. BUT I believe she is solely responsible. JMO!!

Secondly, I do not feel sorry for G & C in the least at this point... just haven't been able to convince myself they are involved.

This is where I am at as well.

But what would be the odds of Casey randomly finding her mother's MySpace page? Unless Cindy sent Casey a friend request, Casey wouldn't know her mom had a MySpace page. Even if she browsed, in my opinion, Casey would be looking for guys, not women her mother's age. I guess only those with MySpace pages know how it works exactly.

If Cindy was really peeved at Casey about the theft, the blow-up, her leaving with Caylee, and at some point before the mid-July part, Cindy was in touch with Ryan and was talking to him about stuff...maybe she wrote that and found a way of bringing it to the attention of one of Casey's friends, knowing then Casey would hear about it.

I suspect there were myspace messages or something that were deleted. That note by Cindy was clearly intended for word to get to Casey about it, or at least that's my take on it...so either Cindy was setting the stage for what she knew already was something very amiss with Caylee...or she was trying to "communicate" with Casey, etc. and got in contact with people from Casey's friend list or something.

I think that last line about the "little angel" missing, etc. is just the kind of thing Casey resented (like her comments about everyone only being worried about Caylee in the phone call) and her mom was using it as a trigger, probably thinking she'd get a reaction and some "here, you love Caylee so much you take her" with Cindy thinking Casey would have realized it wasn't so easy being on her own (if at that point Cindy truly had no clue what was going on)

The time she actually sent the faked email to herself is EARLIER than the date she "recieved" the email from her boss (pg 411).

I have a bunch of emails that fall into that category too...it can happen if the time zones on the 2 accounts are different. IMOO
