Did anyone see this, it was right under where the new police officer was let go, dating Casey and lied about it..............

Six days later, attorney Jose Baez told ABC's Good Morning America he hasn't had any better luck than investigators in getting her to open up.

Then he must be "grooming" her for 5-7 hours per visit. Visiting with a client in jail for hours is not comfortable compared to the office, so I'm going to assume that he's going over and over with her not to talk to anyone, and prepping for their upcoming case. Maybe he is trying to win her confidence...who knows.

Wonder if yesterday was the first time Casey's attorney saw the documents? Or, was he privy to them prior to their release?

He probably had them before. Discovery would be released to the defendant's attorney as soon as it is available. Public Records requests are not handled with the same urgency. The prosecutors office could get in trouble if they did not promptly give discovery to the defense.

I so wanted to believe Caylee was alive but after reading the doc's I'm afraid I too must now concede and accept that she is not. IMO Casey Anthony will go down in History as "Monster Mom of the greatest magnitude." I've never experienced such a cold and detached personality as what I've witnessed in these documents or should I say personalities, as in more than one. She's wicked!

LOL, the way things are going, Casey will get to finish school, have her own place, wear the same fashions as her associates and have a job; all paid for by the tax payers of Florida.

Idk if it will blow- As much as we all would like to think that eventually explode and they will see her for what she is, we need to remember that we aren't talking about normal families here like yours or mine. These people are from Never Never land and will behave accordingly.

And they have been enabling her...and fighting with her...for a very long time. This could go either way but I just hate the thought of her having any comforts that she has denied Caylee.

Is it that he (JP Chatt) wasn't interviewed, or perhaps that his testimony may have been different or more severe than the child endangerment charge that these docs were released under? I thought perhaps they would have some other/more interviews (Lee, the marine in Calif., and others), and I kind of chalked those up to maybe having more info than they wanted to release. Having said that, I'm not sure what JP might have known, but it was just a thought I had.

She was also the flakiest one interviewed, too...IMO! (Besides from the obvious Queen's Cindy's Court, of course.)

My vote for favorite "flaky" interview/transcript was Tony!!!! Oh that's right - when they started talking about the pot and all - something was said about "jackets" and "haze". I thought I was pretty versed in the "drug trade" - but I read and reread that over and over and I still don't get it. Any help?

I didn't see anything with JP Chatt based on evidence reports and all ....

They may have withheld them if they are relevant to a future charge.

It makes sense...altho I noticed today that when she went into JB office she had a packed full backpack with her...I certainly hope that Jose is not letting her 'hang out' at his office to give her relief from her parents!

I thought that was just the detective questioning him trying to sound "hip" and in the know... JMHO

Haze is a high quality strain of pot and Jackets are Yellow Jackets, an upper.

What did they say about her deleting the pictures? Looks like he's trying to do damage control.

IMO, he ought to take himself off the media circuit and focus on best representing his client, not himself. He is not doing her any favours at all by being on tv discussing the case. He certainly hasn't turned public opinion in favor of her, quite the opposite. If she's mentally ill, get her help now...she's going down for something no matter what his rhetoric. If he keeps carrying on like this, she will get no sympathy from anyone.

I sure hope it was an accident.
