My theory is simple and concise.

Casey drowned Caylee in the family pool all the way to death or close to it, called all those people frantically for attention, no one answered, Caylee died, Casey dealt with it and has made them pay everyday since.

Could be....I used to believe wholeheartedly in the accidental theory; but after those documents, I feel premeditation very very strongly. Caylee was in her way and she got rid of her. She would never risk looking bad or "abandoning" her by leaving her with Cindy.

She is a cold blooded, lying, manipulative sociopath period. IMO

Jeff Hopkins as per the documents had not seen Casey in years, his parents didn't even know Casey and neither had ever even met Caylee. He also does not have a child named Zachary and has never used ZG as a nanny.

Casey called Jeff's parents on July 16th, her number appeared on their caller ID, but neither of them spoke to her.

why would she call his parents...

LE was out there several times in 2005 for Domestics and Verbals. 2005 was a very bad year. In the spring - that would've been right before Caylee was born? Wonder if this was G and C arguing prior to the divorce filing, or C and C getting into it?

Well put. It's called discretion. They kicked him off the force. Why take the time and energy to try to prosecute him when they have more important things to do. It would appear to be frivilous.

I don't know but I am way past ready for this to come to an end! 45 days and my brain in fried. And even thou we have more information I still do not feel we are any closer to finding Caylee than we were 30 days ago. UGH!!

As intriguing as it sounds, I think IIRC...I found it either to be song lyrics and/or it was a near quote from the Superman 2 movie. Not as cryptic as it seems. Altho since it came from Casey...who knows?!

I think she was trying to convince herself that her daughter's death was a part of life. Her daughter was given to her and now taken away, but death is natural and so is lying. This is why I think Caylee died due to her neglect and when she found her dead, rather than blame herself for being a ****ty mother, she convinced herself that it was part of life. Then she worked her plan on getting away to Cali from her parents, but ran out of time. I am convinced she didn't dispose of the child herself. I think there is another guy who she was flanking that helped her.

SHE IS WRONG about everyone lying and dying.

We know Casey lied with this statement and Casey was sticking to it no matter what. But for me, I seem to find some truth in the "no longer in Orlando" statement.

Cops shouldn't lie. Or else we would have anarchy. I know it happens, but it shouldn't. You are sworn to uphold the constitution, or whatever. Cops should be our role models. This guy wasn't, and he deserved to be fired. He should probably be charged with obstruction of justice and he's lucky if he isn't.

Agree. His career demands truth. If he can't be truthful he is useless as an enforcer of the law. I'm a nurse, an assault charge would devastate my career but probably not a cop's. My brother is a painter, spilling paint on someone's carpet would ruin his career but it wouldn't ruin mine or a cop's. It all goes to what you are trusted with in your career and how effective you are at it.

I remember in DOC #3 on the Amy interview she states Cindy denies there were any issues between Cindy and George, in reference to the affair.
I personally am not buying an affair until I, too, see a more reliable source.

Casey's long time friend, Brian (first part of part 3 of docs) also talked about it. He, however, got the call about Casey being "a sociopath" and info about some lies, but that didn't seem to include anything Casey said about her parents and their issues he'd been made aware of.

She was referring to the post her mother made about all the lies. In the second part she was referring to when sh eeither killed, or found her child dead in the pool.

Summary of all the times they've been to G & C's home. Can someone post a screen shot of it here? They've been there an average of once a year in the past few years. Verbal, domestic, rescue calls. Would be good to find out details on the whys and whos of those prior calls.

It could be a fruedian slp; remember Casey saying that she was going to Jacksonville to "bond' with Caylee. That might be where she dumped her body.
But I think whatever happened to her happened in Orlando obviously (backyard)

How far is Jax from Orlando? How long would it take? How much GAS would she need to steal from her Fathers shed? Who does she know there? That she could feign a visit too?

I don't know. I don't believe there was a Zanny the Nanny, and I don't believe that phone call ever took place. That being said, she also told people she was on a mini-vacation in Jacksonville, Caylee was close to home, she was at the beach, at the theme park, at the grandparents. I myself don't see this as standing out against any of the other lies she has told. Is there a reason this stands out to you that I'm not seeing?
