Caylees father died in a car accident and we never knew him
We know who Caylees father is
I always thought Jesse was Caylees father
No she is not pregnant!

Casey can't talk because Caylee will be hurt
Caylee is in danger
We know who the kidnappers are and we are watching them

....and don't forget, the kidnappers are watching them too. And calling.

Since information out of Orlando about the deal or maybe no deal that they're offering or not offering is so unclear, here's something to think about:
**Casey left 10 minutes after John Allen, state prosecutors, and the FBI arrived
**Cindy stayed for a quite a while.
**George was AWOL and not there
**Lee was AWOL and not there
**Prior to this, Cindy and George had met face to face with the FBI before
**Prior to this, Casey had never met with the FBI
**None of the family met with State Attorney's before
Forget what's in the media and let me ask ya'll this: is there anything different that could have happened there OTHER than a limited immunity offer? Like something that they really wanted to talk over...with Cindy?

I am starting not to take much stock in Orlando channel 9. I have to web view. My local channels don't cover this except for short snippets. Sources close to the case said FBI Said. That means nothing. The pizza guy could have said this. To me this is just a news station making news. If it is true it remains to be seen since no one official is saying that it is.

The only place that they are saying the evidence from the trunk of the car is on channel orlando tv 9.
When you listen to the clip is says. "sources close to the case said the FBI said".

Fox News report says The University of Tennessee "Body Farm" conducted the tests on the car's air samples Aug. 10, and on Wednesday their conclusion was released: a human corpse had been decomposing there, according to WESH-2 TV. Nothing else.

The FBI and the State AG is now envolved. There is more about this than we know. Does anyone have any idea why the FBI would have agents their. It would not be just to bring a lab report.

This is a vicious circle.............the Anthony's won't believe the DNA evidence that it was Caylee in the trunk of that car because Caylee's body hasn't been found yet. But Caylee's body can't be found without the cooperation of Casey, and THAT is something that won't happen. So round and round we go with the Anthonys.

When/If the body is found they will say "Zanny did it." These people are the type that look you in the eye and lie. :furious:

Does anyone still believe that LP is going to bring Caylee home on Friday?
The "Media " has achieved his goal of publicity by standing on the dead body of this child.

I like you Zadari!!! Well said.... actually, I was sort of surprised at my own level of anger this afternoon after the forensic news hit. I have been checking "google news" all day. About 4:30 or so, I got the first "hit" from "24 minutes" ago about the smell being confirmed by The Body Farm at UT as a decomposing body. I tried to log onto WS's, but the server was busy - I always know that news has broke when that happens also!!! The news wasn't anything I didn't already know, but I was SO angry that I surprised myself. Driving home, I would look at other people in their cars and wonder if they were as insane as Casey. Sad, sad, world. I only hope that if I am ever assaulted, carjacked, etc., that the same level of anger rises to the surface, because I will be picking my teeth with the bones from the . :furious:

He did look a little rough (tie off, collar unbuttoned). I can see him stopping after every question from the investigators that were there and taking Cindy into his office to tell her not to go so indepth in her answers. After about the 5th time (because he does seem very patient) he just told her to answer yes or no.

I can't understand why he has to come out and make statements to the press every hour. IMO, it is beyond ridiculous and his client only looks worse and is more hated by the public each time he talks. Where I come from the bar rules don't allow lawyers to talk to the press like that while a case is running. Seeing what JB is doing to his client, not such a bad idea if they'd muzzle him...IMOO.

Don't know but I do have a hunch. Maybe there is some other crime here that we have only just "touched" on. If Casey were an escort, and cops were involved in paying her...or drug trafficking. Or, ....just about any of the things we have considered here.

I'm sorry CC. I cant agree with you there. I am notorious for not being able to stand Leonard. I do not think he is honest and I do not think he has a heart of gold.

I think that he bailed out a probable child killer when there was already sufficient evidence out there that Casey was a pathological liar. Why he is acting like this is breaking news I have no idea. It just infuriates me more.

He has been at sleepaway camp with the media since day one and has had more media exposure than the presidential candidates.

In my opinion that has always been his motive as his actions speak louder than words.

I have more disdain for The Padilla's right now than I ever have.

IMO Cindy lied under oath about the contact daily with casey and imo she knows more than she is letting on. Could they charge her with perjury or obstruction?

I said on another thread that she could very well be charged, or at the very least, be confronted with her conflicting statments and testemony by the Prosecution while on the stand at her daughter's murder trial!

Don't be so sure, I saw him on myfox orlando and Trenton's vigil. He was interviewed, he could have been Cindy, George, or Jose. Just a different face.
