I discount the escort thing myself and the drug trafficking after reading the 400 pager. Besides, who needs to be a escort when you're juggling a passle of men already? :)
Well it appears she would do just about anything for money.

I have one more far out thought, that I hate to think about, it has crossed my mind that maybe there was some internet sex thing going on. Possibly even with Caylee. It has been mentioned by several people, that Caylee was almost "flirty" with men.
Since we know that the detectives found out about Casey being involved with the deputy that was fired from computer forensics, what says they didn't find out a WHOLE LOT MORE????

I'm sorry CC. I cant agree with you there. I am notorious for not being able to stand Leonard. I do not think he is honest and I do not think he has a heart of gold.

I think that he bailed out a probable child killer when there was already sufficient evidence out there that Casey was a pathological liar. Why he is acting like this is breaking news I have no idea. It just infuriates me more.

He has been at sleepaway camp with the media since day one and has had more media exposure than the presidential candidates.

In my opinion that has always been his motive as his actions speak louder than words.

I have more disdain for The Padilla's right now than I ever have.

Hear, hear.

What the Padillas have done in this case is, plain and simple, interference.

Geez, just when I stop crying, there's another post. Thanks, SS and Sliver and PotatoHead and everyone else who has posted these wonderful thoughts. Honestly, I was hoping that the first case I followed on WS would have a happy ending. I'll start praying for the next, and sadly, there will be a next, to turn out differently.

Don't stop following cases, there are happy endings. Did you hear about the mother who was missing for 5 days and was just found alive pinned in her vehicle? 5 days, what a strong woman! Or the Jane Doe that WS was just able to give a name? That is not the first time it has happened here.

It's those kinds of cases that make coming back here easier. It's the warm, caring, selfless people you meet here every single day .. the deep friendships that form, the bonds that are made. I have seen the lives of a couple of members change in amazing ways. I do not know them personally but we have a couple who met and fell in love here.. now they live together.

Also be sure to check out the "Jury room" and the "news that makes you smile" "game room" and "the book club", etc etc.. it helps to break it up when ya start getting overwhelmed with a case. There have been times where the game room was the only thread that I followed because it was all I could handle.

I don't know if I could ever go back to life without WS, it has been such a big part of who I am for several years. I would miss these people!

That statement is what matters. Not what the media is reporting ESPECIALLY when they say sources 50 times in a minute.

Since information out of Orlando about the deal or maybe no deal that they're offering or not offering is so unclear, here's something to think about:
**Casey left 10 minutes after John Allen, state prosecutors, and the FBI arrived
**Cindy stayed for a quite a while.
**George was AWOL and not there
**Lee was AWOL and not there
**Prior to this, Cindy and George had met face to face with the FBI before
**Prior to this, Casey had never met with the FBI
**None of the family met with State Attorney's before
Forget what's in the media and let me ask ya'll this: is there anything different that could have happened there OTHER than a limited immunity offer? Like something that they really wanted to talk over...with Cindy?
Hmmm

imo I definetly think they are looking at cindy she was so obviously lying in her testimony and the prosecutor knew it and let her believe that she was fooling them and she got snotty with her, not a person I would want to tick off plus she has bad mouthed LE from the beginning. I bet she was in there arguing with the FBI too.

I really don't feel like its that complicated. I think Cindy kept a very tight grip on Caylee. Casey wasn't this mysterious call girl escort. She was a disturbed, manipulating, mooch. If she was a call girl or an escort she would not be driving a 98 ponitac sunfire and living from couch to couch or boyfriend to boyfriend stealing from friends. She would have been financially stable.

Baez is wanting discovery. LE is not going to give him squat til they charge CA with murder.

So...instead of revoking bail, Padilla is upping security so "Casey won't get harmed".....seems LP is a good actor. All sad and all....when he still only is concerned for Casey! :furious:

I don't know. From what I read about what LP said, I think he is ready to pull the bail. Didn't he leave it up to Tony? And from the way that Tony has talked in here, he is passionate about citizen's rights to bail.

Another thing is, I have wondered if Tony didn't make cooperation with TES a condition of continuing the bail.

I had heard that Cindy was against calling TES previously because she said that Caylee wasn't dead. In his posts here people were asking him to call TES and he first wanted to know what they were referring to, then pretty much ignored it. But last night after the docs came out, someone again asked about TES and Tony said he would call Cindy. And today TES is there. We know from what LP said that they weren't happy after reading the docs. And Tony has a sudden change of heart about TES? And Cindy does too? I suspect that was Tony's influence.

What he did was more than the grandparents have ever done: he said opnely he was wrong.

He's a good actor. Saying and doing are two different things.

Here's a poem for Casey . . .

If you Lie . . .
You Fry.

Love,

EVERYONE BESIDES THE 4-5 PEOPLE WHO STILL BELIEVE YOUR BULLCRAP.

WELL you could be right. I'm from Colorado, I guess I just don't see too many men in cowboy hats around here that have the guts to admit they are EVER wrong...........:blowkiss:
And..I'm a sucker for a cowboy...

Native-born Texan here....come from a long line of real cowboys.

Padilla's a faux cowboy...putting on a pair of s h i t stompers and a ten-gallon hat does not a cowboy make.

All hat, no cattle. When he's wearing the boots and hat, he's just playin' dress-up.

I rather like seeing him each time look a little worse............

He is a media ho, that is the ONLY reason he took this case, for the publicity...........He may get a lot more than he bargained for before it is over.
OK I am going to jump in here now. Did you know that his 3 year old was taken from a soccer field years ago? Did you ever realize that the man does have a heart? I think he honestly believed he COULD make a difference when he came. He was at least getting off his @ss to DO SOMETHING unlike anyone else surrounding Caylee. I don't care that he is a self-proclaimed media 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. He freely admits it. But what he DID DO is he let people love to hate him enough to keep her face and name out in the media every single day. He stood up for his beliefs. He stood up Caylee. And he has taken his lumps for doing it. He admitted he was wrong to believe Casey's lies. He has admitted that he misjudged the situation. I think it was pretty damn straight forward and he "cowboyed up". I admire that kind of person.

I also challenged him to not let this be his last time to help the hundreds of thousands of missing children in America. Maybe he will take me up on it. I hope so because people can love to hate him the whole time he is getting their names and faces out on National television.

That is one of the other things I LOVE about you guys and gals! We are all probably some of the most patriotic TRUE American's there are, yet in times like this - we do not need to hear lies from the people running for office!!! And THEY ALL LIE. I can't stand that crap. Sorry for the tangent - had the vent.

Reannan...................the convention is over tomorrow night. Hopefully, Greta will fly home to Washinton, get a change of clothes, and then on to Orlando and do Friday night's program from there. :)

Here's what the defense is going to say. Casey was not in possession of that car for two weeks and somebody else set her up. The kidnappers killed the baby! Cindy will believe it, but I highly doubt and jury will.

also everything in the media seemed to be news to Jose, so what WAS going on in his office as all that broke?

I tend to agree, I was simply speculating about all the extra FBI that are now involved. It seems to be that they might have discovered something else.

I don't even want that vision in my head!

They were all negligent! IMHO. For anyone to think that this child would have had a good life with Cindy and George. Forget it. They raised Casey and look how she turned out.
:mad::furious::bang:

again, :clap::clap:

Yes I did! And I also noticed that L said he was letting T "grow up" and make the right decision (when asked if it was his decision to make on bond revocation)

I heard him say that snippy remark about T. I wonder what that is about?
