Yeah, which is a non-answer.

All week long, Leonard's said it's Tony's decision. But today, Leonard said that he would send her back...

It's not clear whose decision it is. Still.

I haven't read all of the questions thread for Tony because there was just too much to keep up with but what I did read I didn't find there to be alot of answers that were just out and out answers. Lots of side steps and hints of big secrets.

ROB......have you noticed how when he escorts her she always holds on to him and looks into his eyes so sweetly? She is making moves on the bodyguards and they are using her weakness for information.

So I am understanding that the bond revocation is a joint decision between Tony and Leonard. Leonard wants to revoke and tony does not.
I am not sure if bond will be revoked? I hope not but I am unclear.

I hope that the guarantor, LP, holds trump. I think he's as disgusted as all of us are IMO.

Casey has a detachment disorder- this does not allow her to feel as you or I might. Once Caylee was gone, she was gone and Casey never gave it another thought. Given what I know, what ever she did to her daughter, she blames her mom and dad for.

Caylee was never anything but a pawn to be used, to use as leverage against her parents, to get what she wanted.

one can not possible get into the mind and actions of Casey, unless one has a child like this. And even then, one can never understand it. I still thank god everyday that our grandkids did not end up on the news like this case, as that was my fear everyday. It honestly could be me you would be seeing on the news.

I know, she loves the attention. It's just frustrating that she's too stupid to figure out who it's all about...Caylee. I agree, I think once she's back in her cell and knows everyone is calling BS on her stories, she will 'get it'.

Yep! She needs to be put on ignore, no media attention, no get out of jail free card. IMO, she hasn't a thought for poor sweet Caylee and never will. These types of personalities are stubborn to the bone and the only way to shut them down is unfortunately to stop paying attention to them.

Tony was asked a number of times if Casey would be back in jail by Saturday as has been widely reported. He never would give a direct answer on it. He confirmed Leonard wanted that. At one point said it was Leonard's decision. Then further in said he disagreed and hoped Leonard would change his mind. Then in another post said it was a joint decision between he and Leonard. So...who knows what the heck that all means other than I feel less certain now than I did before his coming on tonight that she will for sure be back in jail Saturday as the press continue to indicate.

I think there are death threats- no doubt about it. But, it is the actions of this family that is causing these threats.

I disagree. NO action of the Anthony's is causing the threats. That's like a man saying his wife makes him hit her. People are responsible for their own behavior.

See that is what I thought too. I could have sworn that I read here that someone from here contacted TES and got them involved.

He does hold the trump. If Leonard pulls his 500,000 in assets and turns in the bond there is nothing that Tony can do unless he wants to put up his own assets as a guarantor..

Yes, she is, but she's not wrong. Unfortunately, in some ways she really is a celebrity. The news media is camped outside her home day and night hoping to get a glimpse of her or a sound bite. And why are they there? Because of people like us who want to know every detail right down to what she ate for breakfast. Society is turning criminals into celebrities and, in the case of Casey Anthony, she's loving every minute of it. It's her due, don't you know?

Personally, I couldn't care less about Casey. The only thing I want to hear about her is she's taking responsibility and accepting the consequences. Yeah, I'm probably dreaming...
