I am not buyin that LP had a change of heart... something is up. I saw him on Fox&Friends this morning and he was adamant about this. I mean, that was like 8am central time!!!

My questions is, how could you believe anything Casey says if she is offered some kind of immunity, even if she takes you to what's left of the body? She has no credibility,

I agree with NG, no immunity should be offered.

But how would Casey be able to lie about the body's location when, as per your hypothetical, she successfully leads LE to Caylee's remains? (P.S. I am about nine pages behind).

BTW, I am theorizing that LE mainly wants to know where the body is, with respect to their pending immunity negotiations with the defense.

but didn't tony originally say they weren't going to simply because it's a business and they have to stay true to their word?

While i believe she never should have been bonded out, it's their job as bail bondsmen to bond out criminals all the time. It isn't their job to go back on that based on judgment of the criminal. If that were the case, they'd be out of business.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- Leonard Padilla, the celebrity bondsman who helped bail Casey Anthony out of jail, has abruptly stopped his attempt to put Casey Anthony back in jail.

Padilla just left his meeting with Casey's attorney, Jose Baez. He would not say why he changed his mind.

I believe Leonard is also a little angry that Casey hasn't even told him "Thank You" for getting her out of jail.

I thought of this myself, and wondered if there weren't some personal reasons involved for the revocation of bail. Being that this was likely nothing more than one big publicity stunt for the Padillas, the usual motivations for doing things might not apply to this situation.

I'm sure Mom of the year will get a hot bubble bath / Her favorite meal served on a silver platter / & able to sleep in her nice comfy bed a few more days. Guess Cindy knew way more than the Padillas lastnight when she stated to the media Casey wasn't going anyplace!!!!

I wonder if Casey thinks about Caylee & if she is cold / hungry / in her favorite jammies. Damn this Casey makes me sick.

UPDATE at 12:05 p.m. Friday: Leonard Padilla has changed his mind and will NOT revoke the bond, the bounty hunter just said. He said he plans to add more protection. Padilla spoke with reporters at the office of attorney Jose Baez. Padilla has repeatedly said that Casey Anthony and those around her are in danger by people who are anger at the mother of missing 3-year-old Caylee Anthony.

Meanwhle, State Attorney Lawson Lamar has an offer of limited immunity on the table until 9 a.m. Tuesday, designed to help investigators find Caylee. "We don't do it frequently at all," Lamar said, "but in this case it has been so difficult to get any information that might help the police in finding this child that we said, look, if she wants to help in the search, then we'll her tell us what she knows and we won't hold those statements against her." If, however, there was evidence found from the information Casey offered, that could be used in court. In response to a question from WESH 2 News reporter Dave McDaniel, Lamar said, "It is absolutely not a get out of jail free card."-- WESH.com web staff

i wonder if casey ate the brownies and their was poison in them, so LP doesnt have to revoke the bond, the brownies just have to make it into her system....thats it......equation solved.

Not that I'm on Caseys side by any means but If I were her Lawyer I would tell her not to take that offer. IMO.... Some way the LE will beable to use what they find and change it around to use against her even if they say they won't. As for the talk about the Anthony family, all I can say is that as much as I care and miss this little girl I cannot put myself in their shoes and what they are thinking and going through nor their pain! Holding onto hope as false hope as it may turn out to be doesn't surprise me one bit. My prayers go out to everyone who loves Caylee!

I dont think that there will be an arrest or any upgraded charges until Tuesday, they will wait to see if Casey accepts the deal and I do not think that she will. The only way anything will happen before then is if Caylee is found this is getting so frustrating I cant even take it!!

So, basically, she has more incentive to stay quiet than to lead them to a body? My guess is she's going to stay quiet.
