Just to clarify things about Tim and the latest tip, he is not taking away from the search in Florida. He is asking people in the DALLAS area to keep their eyes open and alerting the media to do the same. This came from Tim via Tricia and Barb, both obviously completely credible. Personally I think when we find out the truth we're all going to be even more disgustedw with CA - and I wouldnt be suprised if MANY of us dont sleep for even more days/nights........Right now we're only THINKING about what happened........could have happened........it will be facts only soon

To me, the answers are in the timeline.
6/15 video at nursing home
6/16 left house with Caylee and backpacks at 12:50. (interesting that he remembered so exactly)
Flurry of phone calls begin at 3::03 and end at 7:20.

I think something happened to Caylee during those two hours and Casey was trying to get to mom and dad for help. When none was forthcoming she had to handle it herself.

IMO it was an accident caused by negligence. She doesn't think she's guilty of anything and determined not to go down for it.

I agree with your timeline. She called her Dad 1 time and her Mom 5 or 6 times. Cindy is a nurse. Because the calls were one right after another, IMO Casey needed help and she needed it now and I think she was seeking medical help.

My question is if she was lying about going to work everyday and her parents believing her. If they were believing her, then she had to have some cash on hand to prove it for at least a year. It would have been a steady supply of cash. Where was she going, and where was she getting her cash?????? I am not sure if this has anything to do with Caylee, but it sure would speak to who Casey is, and how she managed to acquire money.:waitasec:

A poster on another board Tomm suggested that it is very possible that through identity theft, due to her having freedom during the day, had access to the mail KC could have easily obtained credit cards with the mother's name, been receiving the monthly statements & been paying minimum payments on these credit cards. It's even possible that she was using the Grandpa a/c & bank routing # to pay in the last month online such accounts & when those debits to Grandpa's accounts were caught the whole fiasco came to light. With many of those offers that come through the mail the interest can be up to 30% & if one is paying the minimum due the interest isn't even being covered, get the cards to the point where the available balance is exceeded add on more fees, it doesn't take long to get those type of accounts maxed out, thereby eventually the cash drawer dries up & would necessitate stealing from Grandpa. She obviously didn't know that that account was only good for amounts paid to the nursing home is what it sounded like. All speculation of what COULD have been going on.

It's the equisearch thread. Trish has confirmed that Tim has asked to put out the word Caylee has been sighted (I guess alive) in Texas. I am astounded that this man would divert attention from his search in FL. I think it's nuts and if he has really done this (whether under pressure from Cindy or whatever) then I'm logging out for good (if I don't get banned first) and washing my hands of this entire case.

Well if that turns out to be fact it will be the first case that I personally have been wrong about since long before Charles , think that was in the 80's, where I had a gut feeling right from the initial reporting of who was mainly responsible for the reprensible act reported.

Here this guy claims to speak to Cindy's mother and says that Cindy and Casey fought over the stolen checks. Casey got kicked out and took Caylee. Cindy thought that Casey was hiding Caylee from her for revenge from kicked her out.
