Yes, please. It is important to the timeline even if we don't have confirmation of the exact date. THANKS!

Added it to my word doc. I will update the timeline on WS a bit later.

We have already seen the deed and loan info.

Thank you. Did anyone find it interesting the the deed is in gm's name only? Also, I saw the home equity line in '98 (I think), but was the 2005 document a 2nd mortgage? Those loan documents are in both names, but the deed itself only lists gm.

And I might be wrong, but I good lawyer will lay out this scenario to his client right? He must have told her...if there is anything you want to tell me about an accident, if she was drowned in the pool, the ME can verify that if we tell them where Caylee is soon enough. Am I wrong?

I would guess by the request to myspace and facebook from mr. baez he is having a bit of trouble with timelines and the truth himself. I wonder if they actually showed up at his office yesterday with the thousands of IP addresses that have hit Casey's site.

I notice that in that Mark F interview that is linked he also states at least twice that the Anthony's are very helpful and cooperative. But not too many people are running with that opinion.

Yes, that is possible that the neighbors remembered the date and told LE. If the neighbors remembered the date when Mark spoke with them, chances are Mark would have revealed that himself, but he didn't.

My point is Mark is assuming the 18th to tighten the time line as he clearly stated "It hasn't been disclosed what day".

All I am trying to do is verify how the 18th came out of Mark and Greta's mouths.
Yes, I know what you're getting at, and I'd like to know where he got that date from too. It seems to fit in with what's been said from the beginning that it was sometime in mid- to late-June but now being the 18th fits in even more with something happening to Caylee at the house on the 16th or 17th.

Read that again, though. It is awkwardly worded but what Mark is saying is that the date has not been revealed previously but he and his source--which I am 99.999% SURE IS LE--feel that it is important to leak the date of borrowing the shovel for the timeline. A totally made up date that MF pulled out of thin air and/or his own A@@ makes no sense at all. Sorry. MF doesn't use the word leak and it still has not been publicly confirmed by LE but they gave MF the go ahead to leak it to the public. It is clear--to me at least--that that is what Mark is saying.

Interesting but i have trouble tying it into Caylee.

I agree and I don't think there's anything more that George & Cindy can do to cooperate more with LE. :) It's their daughter Casey who may be the only one who knows what happened to Caylee and where she is, and she's the one who is lying.

I guess what primarily interested me about it as being related to the case was if the 2005 document was a 2nd mortgage (I think it is, but am not positive) then it would explain why they couldn't leverage their home to raise bond money for Casey.

I totally agree panthera, but there are some that believe the Anthony's are obstructing justice and not being cooperative. There are threads on it.

IOW, his theory's are taken as fact but his opinions are discounted. go figure?

My thoughts exactly...WHY would they both ignore her repeated calls? Especially knowing she has Caylee with her...Right away I'd think "Oh My God, something happened to the baby!"

One reason they could have ignored her repeated calls is tough love...I know...I've been there!:blowkiss:

IIRC they took out a 50,000 (2nd mortgage)? in 2005 it came up in the bond hearing,to Cindy's surprise. In reference to whether or not they would be able to bail her out.

That thought crossed my mind too, but that would have been waaaaay too bold!

That's why I tossed the cooler idea out. And I'm not now saying George's cooler had anything to do with Caylee. But it made me think and wonder if Casey took, borrowed or bought one somewhere during that time. Or any other type of container for that matter.

That all came out in the bond hearing, they have very little equity.

You asked where he said the 18th, I gave it to you believe what ever you wish.

I believe FACTS and it hasn't been disclosed that the neighbor remembered exactly what date the shovel was borrowed.

Mark clearly stated the "It hasn't been disclosed what day".

Mark gave a theory of the 18th, of which I believe!

This is my first post at WS. I’ve been following the Caylee case since about thread fifteen. I haven’t been as involved as many of you pro-sleuthers and am in awe at all the collective ability and caring that is shown for this little girl and the investigation. I hadn’t considered myself as emotionally involved as many here on the thread have expressed they are. I have two little ones and have had to be careful about what media coverage I’ve watched and time spent reading threads. Today, though, I surprised myself because I woke up in tears and my first thought was “It’s Caylee’s birthday.” Like nearly everyone here, I knew Casey was full of it. That the baby wasn’t going to be coming home today. But today especially it seems especially awful that Caylee is out there somewhere with no proper goodbyes…and I hate to say it, burial. It just *hurts*. I’ve never had a media case where I’m truly just a bystander affect me like this. And despite their wonky timelines, protecting Casey from herself and their odd camera demeanor I just can’t imagine the pain the Anthonys are in right now in their house, with the little birthday cake with three candles on it, and no Caylee. Ugh.

Another thought I've had that has been forming the last few days and I hadn’t seen addressed much is this--anyone else think that perhaps Casey is relieved (in a way) to be in jail?

Don’t get me wrong, I have no doubt she misses her black boots and the club scene and attaching herself like a barnacle to whoever was Mr. Right-then. But contrast having to lie day-in and day-out, pretending she had legitimate employment to her parents, hiding herself and Caylee during these hours, partying without a babysitter and all that entailed, plus scamming and stealing from friends who she seemed to lose left and right. Whereas now she‘s isolated from any real threats from other inmates. She has no job she has to perform. In her sicko mind she’s the “real” center of attention of all the national media coverage. (Cue the “all they care about is finding Caylee” part of her taped phone call.) She can likely sleep (almost) whenever she wants, has three meals a day in an air conditioned building, and free “room & board with no one (i.e., Cindy) hounding her about responsibility, maturity, etc. So, I wonder what motivation does she really have to get out of jail (and reveal where sweet Caylee is so she can be put to rest) if Casey is more comfortable in it than she was in her previous life? I might be completely off base, but thought I’d throw it out there. Thanks for reading such a monster-long first post.

If the Anthony's had filed for divorce in 2005, then the 2nd mtg could have been for her buyout of the home.

New theory for the shovel :

It's a stretch.. but..

Maybe Casey borrowed the shovel NOT to bury Caylee, but rather to dig up some damning evidence. ( Scoop up blood in the dirt.. grass or dirt area where a body was laying )

She could have put that dirt in truck with body to remove from the scene ??

I know it is a stretch, but wasn't there dirt found in trunk ?? IIRC??

One more thought, it was Cindy and Caylee in the pool the evening of July 15th per Cindy's interview OTR.

One thing I've always wondered about was Father's Day.

George is the closest thing Caylee's got to a father, it seems, even if he is her grandfather.

Yet we know it was ONLY Cindy and Caylee at the nursing home with HER father. And we may have Cindy and Caylee only in the pool.

What were George, Casey, and Lee doing, and why is it that Caylee didn't seem to be with her grandpa on "his day"? He's so devoted to that little girl, it seems, you'd think they'd be doing something all of them...George, with his "little girl" (Casey) and his granddaughter he so loved.

Maybe a short visit to Cindy's dad, but why didn't they all go? And why, with all the sudden "recollections" we've gotten, is there no, "Well after we got home from the nursing home, we all..." etc.?
