I seem to ask this everyday but, would you rather have Caylee found and a manslaughter charge, or hold out for a possible murder charge if she is found, or wait out the fact that she may never be found. What do you choose?
i for one want that angel found one way or another .. so she is put to rest or reunited with people that love her .. id take care of her in a sec flat .

I don't think there is any lack of physical evidence.....forensics are not complete. Padilla stated on Friday that they are waiting for more and said that hopefully "it would be soon". Its a very very involved process. It takes time...

I was talking in terms of obvious to the naked eye, arrest her now, type of physical evidence. I am sure we know very little of how much physical evidence the LE actually have and how they are going to use them. I agree with you.

I wonder what Casey thought when she realized car was missing :waitasec:
From the pictures of that corner where she dropped off the car with purse still in it, she must have assumed it was stolen. Unless she was there to see them tow it away, she would not realize the car was not stolen.

I wonder what was going through her mind when she passed that intersection and saw her car gone???

I wonder if she thought she had more time to do a "susan smith" or something along that line ? Maybe she never dreamed it was going to be towed... guess when her mother informed her about the car being towed and now back at the family home, she thought, where are the thieves when you need them:rolleyes:

Didn't Cindy make the public statement that Caylee would be home by her birthday? And isn't today her birthday? Has Cindy made any public statement about why she hasn't shown up?

I want them to take as long as necessary to make sure Casey never sees the free world again!

So if Casey told LE what happened and where and she was found, you would be ok with the manslaughter charge even if she could have murdered her?

I also wonder what went through her head when she realized her parents had the car at the house.

Sure would like to know if the 24th was the day Casey backed her car up to the garage?

I know Greta OTR last night said the neighbor said the shovel was borrowed on the 18th ... but I don't recall reading that anywhere. Did you?

Mark Fuhrman said that the neighbor reported he was working in his yard and saw Casey back her car into the driveway, which was unusual. The neighbor said that Casey came over and borrowed a shove. This all happened on June 18th.

I don't believe in containers bags or freezers at all. She could have covered her with something (dirt? ) whatever she did I believe it would have been quick, sneaky, and sloppy.

The other stuff is too "serial killer" to me...not covering up.IMHO:blowkiss:

What about one of her suitcases? Cindy did say something about duffle bags or suitcases in the interview when she talked about washing the smokey smelling clothes from Tony's house.

they can find her guilty of murder without a body local case in Ohio a few years ago Carrie Culberson body NEVER found

cindy has been wrong about several things.

I know one thing, the more time that passes, the harder it's going to be for forensics to know the "cause" of death to little Caylee....if she's dead and IF they find her body....just like Lacy Peterson's body, and that of the unborn child too....the bodies were destroyed by the water from being in there too long...Lacy's family doesn't know how she died to this day, and will never know unless scott confesses, and then who knows if he'll confess the truth?

Very interesting, lilacwine. Any coolers missing from the Anthony's house?

Any purchases made by Casey in the time frame for coolers/containers/dry ice?

I am still going by the charts, and hoping to decipher something practical that would be helpful. Will post on my thread if I find anything.

We all saw a clip of George Anthony leaving home with a cooler but I hate to think....

I believe she left it there to be stolen and might have been relieved when she saw it gone, never thinking it had been towed away. If this is what she wanted, what a shock it must have been when her mother told her they'd just retrieved it from impound and it smelled like a dead body.

I know that a murder could death penalty or life without parole. what would be penalty (usually) for manslaughter? Does anyone know?

Yes but that would be the general theme. There must be a trigger as well,,,a more specific reason because after all she had 3 years to get used to the idea she had a baby. Secondly she was not a single mother striving to make ends meet. Her parents were taking care of everything, roof above their heads, pocket money, gaz money, everything. Not many people in Casey's situation have so generous parents. Thirdly, she was not deprived of a social life. Quite the contrary. Going out plenty, having boyfriends.

A trigger that could pressure on her for example could be the grandparents telling her they would seek custody (that would be a trigger for revenge and making sure that will never happen, even if it meant what it might meant).

A trigger could be a boyfriend saying he didn't want children living with him. (a trigger of not wanting to loose the boyfriend)

A trigger could be a boyfriend saying I have a job offer to another city for 6 months and I am going. Do you want to come? No kids allowed. (a trigger of feeling the child was holding her back in fulfilling her dreams in life)

A trigger could be a roomate saying I don't want to move in with you if you are bringing the child to live with us. (a trigger of feeling the child was holding her back from moving out of her parents).

p.s. I am just using examples to say that the police must be checking of all Casey's relationships and what words were exchanged what events happen to see if something might have made her want to harm the baby. I am not implying in any reason the above happened or any of the people mentioned in the above scenarios are responsible for anything. Just trying to explain myself. If the police cannot find a satisfactory explanation they have to consider whether an accident happened.

That is true in most cases. But.... if there are any drugs involved, the trigger can be as small as a child whining that she is hungry or tired or that she wants to go home, disobeying her mother in some way.
