We all saw a clip of George Anthony leaving home with a cooler but I hate to think....

LMAO! I remember seeing that cooler way back when sitting by the garage door and thinking maybe????? But then I thought nah.

I believe she left it there to be stolen and might have been relieved when she saw it gone, never thinking it had been towed away. If this is what she wanted, what a shock it must have been when her mother told her they'd just retrieved it from impound and it smelled like a dead body.

She must have already had the nanny story ready... or she thinks fast on her feet so to speak

Mark Fuhrman said that the neighbor reported he was working in his yard and saw Casey back her car into the driveway, which was unusual. The neighbor said that Casey came over and borrowed a shove. This all happened on June 18th.

I missed that with Mark F. Was the date actually stated by the neighbor? I thought the neighbor only said it was sometime the last two weeks of June.

That is true in most cases. But.... if there are any drugs involved, the trigger can be as small as a child whining that she is hungry or tired or that she wants to go home, disobeying her mother in some way.

but of course. so many possibilities. and the LE are trying to get all that info from the friends for sure and anyone that came into contact with her.

And how convenient to use a name that could POSSIBLY belong to one of the many illegal immigrants as in an illegal being hard to find info on.....

So if Casey told LE what happened and where and she was found, you would be ok with the manslaughter charge even if she could have murdered her?
no if she killed her daughter she should be put in with the general population .. women who cant see thier children again .. ones that arnt child murderers . BUT if that is the only way to find the baby then yeah.. the thought of her decomposing someplace alone . and not put to rest is more than i can handle.. this girl means so much to me and i dont know why .. something about her just touches me in such a way i feel like she is my own daughter .. other cases have never affected me like this . not ever . i dont understand it myself .. her little eyes and cheeks remind me of my daughter .. my daughters eyes are turning green her cheeks are chubby her little hands so pretty .. oh im so mad about this i just want to beat the truth out of her .. grr ..and i cant step back . i feel like im if i do leaving her behind ..
i am going through my change though so mabey this is whats going on but or mabey im bonkers i dont know :( ive also put up fliers of her at where i work alot of truckers and customers go through there daily and they read the trucker boards and they know i read on here if they hear anything theyd tell me , (regular truckers that i see alot of )

I agree. Always thought the same thing.

I would take manslaughter and child neglect stacked for all the reasons you wrote. One issue with a deal or information from Casey, even if true may be very difficult to prove out almost 60 days later. (ie landfill, trash, etc.)

ITA - left without warning = couldn't stay at home with Cindy & George because she had no explanation for where Caylee is. Remember, after June 16th, she was telling her friends that Caylee was with the nanny or that Caylee was with her parents. She was telling her parents that Caylee was with the nanny. To me, the fact that she was telling her friends that Caylee was with her parents = Caylee's gone.

I agree w/ this timeline as well and it really nails down Caylee's last day alive--now if finding her could only be so easy. B/c Caylee was alive in the Father's Day video (6/15) and into the next day based on George's sighting. Since the GPs say neither spent the night there afterward and since none of Casey's friends say Caylee stayed w/ them on the night of the 16th she must have died on that day.

Casey borrowed the shovel on 6/18 and--inbetween that time--probably had her 'buried' in Caylee's play house or her sand box in the yard. I then think she moved Caylee to the location no one can find now on that day, 6/18. And she may have known enough not to take a traceable cell phone w/ her b/c--if she did--I believe the police would have a vicinity to search and we would have seen some serious searches where her cell phone pinged in an out of the ordinary location.

She probably kept the car several more days hoping the smell would air out and--when it didn't--abandoned it w/ her purse hoping for a robbery and someone else to pin this on other than the 'nanny'.

I really don't feel that Caylee was buried or hidden in the backyard.....WAY to risky, pet dogs etc.

The cadaver dogs hit in the backyard because I think Casey was panicking and moving her around trying to figure out what to do ...but ultimatley she moved her from the house and hid her somewhere and then went back and got her to hide her better, hence the shovel, dirt specimens, and smell in the trunk. thats jmo, but all the rest of it I agree with.

It is definitely much easier leaving the car there and hoping it will get stolen rather than try to dump it in a lake or river, get a ride by someone home, and someone see you trying to dump a car or testify they picked you up from that area etc.

My question is this: was the car really run without gaz? If that was true it means George would have to take extra gaz with him to the impound to drive the car back home, right?

I think Casey kept her in the trunk until she finished making up her story, then possibly wrapped her in trash bags and put her in a duffel bag. (Perhaps she laid Caylee in the back yard to wrap her up, which caused the Cad. dogs to hit back there.)

I also believe there was dirt under the playhouse before July 4th weekend and 1ft square pavers after. That area had been leveled and then the pavers put down. We nor LE know what it looked like before that.

I know that a murder could death penalty or life without parole. what would be penalty (usually) for manslaughter? Does anyone know?
First, even if they charge her with murder, it doesn't seem the DP would be sought, so maybe LWOP. I'm not sure about manslaughter in Florida but it's a sentence usually set by the judge with a varying number of years (minimum--->maximum) and depending if it's voluntary or involuntary.

chrisg, I think your theory makes alot of sense. But in regards to burying her in the backyard: LE never said it looked like there was an area of dirt that looked suspicious, did they? Also, Casey was taking a BIG chance burying her in her the GP's backyard. It seems like they were out there quite a bit, as were the dogs.

There was a quick report on Fox that LE was back at the complex inquiring about anyone seeing and knowing Casey yesterday. Nothing else was said about it... so I can't give a reference.

There is a new member by the name of Poki who posted some information the other night about a person working in the managers office who may have lived in the Anthony's home town in Ohio.

Another member here sent me am PM with the link. I want to give the member credit, but I haven't reached out to her to ask if I could use her name.

In any event, this is what Poki wrote,

Hello all... first time posting, but long time fan and lurker! Kinda creepy, yikes! Onto topic; I was wondering if anyone here as looked at the apartment managers? I am not all about casting aspersions, but one of them might be from Warren,OH which as I understand is where the Anthonys are from. I am not a great sleuth, however if this person is indeed the same person that is from the same area that the family is originally from, I would find that quite coincidental. Not being really clear about naming names, I thought it would be best to leave her name out of my post, it can be found in the affidavit.

The apartment cited by Casey seems somewhat central, so... I was thinking how odd it is that the manager might be from their hometown and if she is then maybe that is where the name Zenaida came from. I tried to find out more info regarding the manager, but as I said my sleuthing ability is lacking. I do know that a woman by the same name (not the Z name) has lived in Warren, OH, if she is the same woman, that I do not know. There has been suggestions that Casey may have had help and someone from "home" might be just the person. *Disclaimer* This is all just conjecture on my part in no way do I "know" anything for fact. I might be a little Thanks for reading.
