And how convenient to use a name that could POSSIBLY belong to one of the many illegal immigrants as in an illegal being hard to find info on.....

I thought that also. There are so many illegal mexicans in the south, but then others on this forum said that ZG's name was from P.Rico and it is US territory - no illegal immigrants.

I totally agree that some kind of container or wrapping or bag seems possible. It could buy some time, keep the smells, etc. at least a little in control. Horrible thoughts!

About the possible family blow-up pre-June 16: now I'm not sure whether it did or didn't happen. They certainly had disagreements, and maybe CA's partying since meeting the new BF was causing friction. But Cindy's July MySpace post does seem to show that the move out was not planned or expected to happen. It may be that it sort of evolved of necessity, because something had happened and Casey couldn't go home without Caylee. I can imagine she planted some manipulative ideas with her parents, about mini vacations, bonding with her daughter without them, while she was absent. I can see her making her daily manipulative, "evidence planting" phone calls to the parents. Time was bound to catch up with her, after they didn't see Caylee for so long. I always come back to the question: why not report an accident? She could be the tragic heroine of a scenario like that? There has to be other bad conduct, making the accident inexcusable (like drowning while drugged or something) or something even worse. I wish LE could solve this today, or find this little girl.

I remember seeing a report that LE would be testing the dirt to see what kind of dirt...saying that they may be able to pin point "where" in the area the dirt came from......and I'm sure they took soil samples from the back yard too....

"they can find her guilty of murder without a body"

This very subject was discussed just the other night on one of the talk shows, either Nancy Grace or Greta - I think it was on NG. The lawyers cited several cases wherre people were convicted of murder with no body ever found. They named several specific cases - if I remember correctly one was a woman in California murdered by her husband and another was in Colorado, I think.

I think police are canvassing the Sawgrass apartments, searching ponds, etc. so that during Casey's MURDER TRIAL it can't be said that they did not conduct a thorough search for the child or another perpetrator other than Casey.

Not that I don't think that they really want to find the child, they surely do, but I also think they are carefully preparing the case against Casey.

here is the problem we are all sitting around here trying to make sence out of a bunch of lies.

18th. MF specifically said the 18th.
I heard him say that too, and it made me think even more that it's possible something happened to Caylee at the house, and on the 16th.

You wouldn't have the forensic evidence they found in the trunk if she were carried in a cooler, imo.

Right! That's why I try to ignore the things the family tells us , and just pay attention to the proven facts.

I totally agree!!:clap::clap::clap: The whole fam damily seems to have a problem with the truth except for Lee so far.

I've just been trying to catch up on the posts....it seems as though nothing real happens on the weekends with this case. Does everyone in LE just go home and relax as though there's not a little girl missing? I know there is so much going on behind the scenes we're not aware of but at least during the week we get bits of new info!

I agree......maybe she was wrapped in a blanket or maybe wrapped in something, but i don't think it was concealed air tight......that would go better with the Stacy Peterson case....

It is definitely much easier leaving the car there and hoping it will get stolen rather than try to dump it in a lake or river, get a ride by someone home, and someone see you trying to dump a car or testify they picked you up from that area etc.

My question is this: was the car really run without gaz? If that was true it means George would have to take extra gaz with him to the impound to drive the car back home, right?
Yes, I definitely agree, it wouldn't be that easy to get rid of the car in a lake (Susan Smith got lucky she wasn't seen that night). Wasn't it just Casey's word that the car had run out of gas? I do remember George saying there was a problem with the gas gauge or something is why she'd take the extra cans, but I'm not sure it was really out of gas when it was towed. If Casey wanted it stolen I wouldn't think it would be on empty.

I need help with finding some info folks. On the photo link, caylee is shown with casey wearing the same hairdo and shirt as on the video of the 15th. Cindy's couch is beige. Does anyone know whose place this pic is taken at??? Could this be Ricardo/JP's or Tonys couch? seems very important possibly. or not. can anyone figure this location out? thanks if possible. This has bugged me for weeks now!

Patty G your post got lost, maybe you should repost.

Mark Fuhrman said that the neighbor reported he was working in his yard and saw Casey back her car into the driveway, which was unusual. The neighbor said that Casey came over and borrowed a shove. This all happened on June 18th.

Shouldn't this be added to the timeframe? Did the neighbor ask, or did Casey say, why she needed to borrow a shovel?
