Patty G when Cindy had Greta in Casey's bedroom she told Greta that Caylee slept with Casey in her bed with her (looked like a twin bed to me) almost every night since she was born. Which I find hard to believe since it seems like Casey spent a lot of nights in someone else"s bed.

Did anyone hear a news report that they were planning to use
a new technology to test the air in Casey's car? I don't know
if it was CNN or Fox but it was defintely on one of them.

Air Tested

Meanwhile, Local 6 has learned that a lab affiliated with the University of Tennessee may be using a new type of technology to test air samples taken from the car of Caylee's mother, Casey Anthony.

Cadaver dogs led detectives to believe there were signs of decomposition in the trunk of Casey Anthony's vehicle and hit on two spots in the child's grandparents home early in the search for the missing girl.

The lab apparently testing the air samples, called The Body Farm, is run by the school's anthropology department.

A researcher at The Body Farm has developed an artificial nose of sorts that can sniff out evidence of human decomposition and decay.

It works by recognizing compounds found in the air where decomposition occurs.

Detectives won't confirm where the samples were transported to, but they said the air samples are being tested for decomposition.

If Casey is segregated and in her cell by herself, ho is she getting access to tv? She is watching everything on tv she says. Does she have a tv is her cell?

Normally the TV is in a recreation room of some sort. Perhaps IF she goes to prison she might be able to get her own TV, but then it all depends.

Yes - Saw that and they said they were using some sort of machine that can detect decomposition in the "air". They were testing air from the trunk. The technology is pretty new and I am not even sure how accurate. It was developed at The Body Farm.

Yup, I recall that conversation, but I just am focused on Cindy's statement that same interview when she said: "i know where Caylee was sleeping that night". Odd statement as she could have just said, Caylee slept in her room that night!

Sorry Maya - you jumped in while I was typing!

How could filing a police report on a Break-in find Casey?

Could it be that GPs were building their case to file for custody of Caylee?

Or could it be the beginning of covering up what happened to Caylee?

Interesting......wonder *if* these calls were answered on July 15th......
leaves her very little time to loose these phones/sim cards.....

So was there a *flurry* of calls from the parents too ??? (hey !!we've got your *stinkin* car that was towed)

Was Tony def. cleared by police? Maybe he wasn't and they are just saying that to try and get Casey to talk.
The more I think about it I can't understand why she is so pressed on Tony and living/staying at his place when they just met May 24th, that's only 2 weeks before she said Caylee disappeared.
And I can't understand why, if she just met him a month or so ago, she wanted to talk to him soo bad unless there were some loose ends that needed to be clarified.
so very strange... just like everthing else in this case!

Did anyone read this in the search warrant? Wow. Sure sounds like Casey was trying to support her lie about her employment for some time. She sure goes all out!

"On July 29th, Lee Anthony provided Det. Cpl. Eric Edwards a copy of some of the defendant’s email. At the end of this email thread, was what appeared to be a forwarded email from a “Thomas Franck” about a Universal event. The forwarded email was written to appear as if Thomas was telling the defendant about a up and coming Universal event and what time to appear for said event. The email address for Thomas Franck was listed as [email protected]. I sent an email to this address and received an automatic reply indicating that the “domain name of the recipient address is invalid” meaning it does not exist. I checked the name and email address with Leonard Turtora, the investigator at Universal I spoke with earlier above. He said Thomas Franck was not a Universal employee and that their Server Technology Department has never heard of “@events.universal.com” as one of their email addresses. As of this writing, I am currently trying to identify other email addresses listed and see if these people exist."

Her obsession with Tony is why I believe Caylee is no longer with us. Maybe he made a statement about her being in the way or something not meaning to certainly suggest to get rid of her. Even if she left Caylee with her parents, which I believe she did not want to do, because she would still have to deal with the child on some level. She thought maybe she was going to have a new life with Tony and didn't want any distractions.

Very good point... Casey had her phone when her mom found her at Tony's b/c that's when she "answered" the mystery call from "Caylee." Then she tells Lee that the last place she had it for certain was IIRC the park?? When the heck did she have time to go to the park to lose the phone.... So many inconsistencies... I'm losing my mind here!!:confused::waitasec:

If she was trying to just get rid of the car, why not push it into a river or lake? The water would have gotten rid of all evidence including the suspicious uh..."pizza" smell. I think there may have been more to it than that.

She might have been afraid she couldn't pull that off without help. Since she left the keys in it, I think she expected it to be stolen, so the smell would never be an issue.

Right. Which translates to - Caylee slept with Cindy & George most of the time, not Casey!

Not sure if he was definitely cleared. However, many here think Casey thought Tony was the man of her dreams and Caylee was in the way. She could have been completely obsessed with him & his lifestyle. Didn't want to lose him while she was locked up? Maybe, no proof of that, of course. Just an observation from other mom's whose kids got in the way...

The 30 days, I took to mean that Cindy had given Casey that long to let her see Caylee. I believe Casey kept Cindy at bay for that long with Cindy calling and asking to see Caylee and getting nothing but excuses.

Remember in the beginning, no one admitted that Casey moved out, then they changed the story that Casey was going to bond with Caylee. But Cindy's myspace blog proved that Casey walked out and took Caylee with her. That was Cindy's punishment from Casey and exactly the attitude that I'd expect out of Casey.

I don't think it hit Cindy that it may have been Caylee's decomp in the car until after Casey said that Caylee had been taken. I think that is what we hear in her voice on the last 911 call.

"There's something wrong. I told you my daughter has been missing and I just found her but I can't find my grand daughter".... something to that affect. Possibly Cindy could have thought Casey was mixed up in something but never suspected it to be foul play with Caylee.

Hmmm. I've been (maybe incorrectly) assuming that Cindy, who first (1) posted on her myspace page on July 3 re: all of the lies and deception Casey had put her through, and who later (2) is talking directly to Casey during the first 911 call while she thinks she's waiting for police to come on the line and doesn't seem to know she and Casey are being recorded, and says the business about already having given Casey 30 days, was simply being honest with her daughter at that moment in time because she didn't think anyone else was listening in on their conversation. Whether or not she meant she'd given Casey 30 days to let her see Caylee or to move back in with Caylee, etc., I don't know. Then, as you point out, it is AFTER the 911 calls that Cindy tries to disregard that Casey had moved out/pretend that they hadn't moved out, moving from there to pretend that Casey & Caylee just left for some bonding time, and so on spinning the facts to mean whatever she needs them to mean from there on out...

So to me, it's the one (and maybe only) honest set of comments/exchanges between Cindy and Casey I've heard.

I still can't understand who Cindy thought had been dead and in the trunk, if she didn't suspect it was Caylee.

tony may have infomation that he doesnt even know is valuable

she might have told him she was going somewhere at some point and he is the only one that knows that

except, the police probably know it now

no reason for him to cover for her if he wasnt involved

but she sure did want to talk to him in a badddddd way
