Yea, it did seem kinda sad... like he was trying to convince himself.
They were talking about him pulling the board and he said that maybe they would see him out there and realize that Caylee doesn't belong to them she belongs with us.

It was just different. I was hoping that someone else saw that and could better explain what he was saying.

I've started trying to put myself in the GP's shoes and I can't imagine how confusing and scary this time is for them. BUT, at the same time, they really need to start looking at this differently.....this could end very badly...they've dealt with Casey's lies all of her life....why believe her so much right now when it means the most??

BTW, OT---ROLL TIDE! :)

There's one of Cindy, Casey, and Caylee with Santa Claus - Caylee sitting on Cindy's lap.

But doggone, there should be so many more! all the family parties, why not George say, "c'mon, lets get one of you three"

thanks for the info ... how old was caylee at the time, long ago, better days?

babysitter ? BULL CRAP

because the parents never saw the sitter is one thing

BUT for goodness sakes the baby sitter would have taken the child to the park, to the store, to the ice cream stand, to the public pool

SOMEWHERE that someone would have seen them

but alas NOTHING

And here my conversation in the car today was how does one catch "air" for an "air" sample? LE run around with a little bottle, open the truck, pop in there and wrestle the air into a bottle???? " Ha! I gotta ya, ya little <bleep>"

I couldn't help it. It was my first thought when they were taking "air" samples. I hang my head in appropriate shame...but I'm giggling.

What if Cindy sprayed Febreeze in the trunk before she contacted police. Would that ruin the "air" tests? LOL

It repeats at 11pm EST.

IF that's true, I bet the LE didn't like it one bit that George is spouting off about surveillance. George should know better!

Personally, I don't believe him.

George has something up his sleeve. I didnt watch 360 but on Greta he said he had someone helping them "that he couldn't name".

Again with the mysteries....yawn.

The grandparents felt 100% responsible for this child. It's not the way it's suppose to be, but that is what happens. At some point, you cave.....either kick the daughter out, raise the grandchild,or kick them both out in a rage because you can't handle it anymore. And then you pray like heck that the daughter gets her act togeather.

You have no idea what it is like to live with someone like Casey who lies day in and day out......the smallest things turn into WWIII

I agree. I think George and Cindy were close to going for custody of Caylee, based on the few words heard on the first 911 call.

I was thinking that Caylee has a lot of pictures with stamps on her hand, different times and clothes but often there is a stamp of some sort. Now it could be just she liked having a smiley or something stamped on her hand. But I was wondering if maybe Casey dropped her off at the "drop in" type kids places that are out there, they usually stamp the child's hand and put a tape on the wrist.

Seriously she had to be somewhere if Casey had a "job" for the last year etc., then of course Casey was going "somewhere" during the day too, clubbing at night yes but where during the day, she just met Tony the last of May where the hell was she before she met Tony during the day during phony work time.

I don't think Casey left everyday to go to work......I think when she left she told the family she had a job........but prior to that, with the exception of the few jobs she did have and got fired from........she was a stay at home mom

She would be the kind of person who'd have a stash of that wouldn't she? My idea of Frebreeze is a cigar :)

Could the puppy Cindy was referring to be the Anthony's dog (I think they have two). She said she never talked to Caylee about the sitter, that all Caylee talked about was her puppy. Could she have meant her own puppy, not the sitter's?

I wondered that too ... my ex-husband lost his job and for quite a while he pretended to go to work each morning ... then after I would leave each day he would come home and watch TV or whatever ... I didn't catch on ... just happened to leave my name badge at home one day and came back for it ... BUSTED! Ended up he was taking out advances on our credit cards for nearly two months to cover for his missing salary!! Wonder if Casey was doing the same thing??

Between finding out who Casey knew that had a puppy and maybe like the other poster said about a name of the puppy if it is unique, could narrow who Caylee was being watched by or where she was when out of the GP's home.

I wonder why no one has come forward to say something like I am not Zanny but I watched Caylee on this day or this day for Casey?:waitasec::confused:

I don't remember exactly when, but a young woman did go on the Nancy Grace program (audio) who said she was a friend of Casey's, and she babysat with Caylee and knew others that babysat Caylee too. That young woman and her husband recently moved to Michigan, and she was calling in from there. I hope LE followed up on this

Is that like what you've said ? -- the actions reflect one truth (efforts in trying to find her) , but the other truth saps them from actually going out an doing just that ?

it's like they are in a personal tug-of-war with reality and fantasy.
and it just goes back and forth.

Wow, this is pretty raw to watch...

Yes, it is downright painful. Not good to be too close to this.

Was that the family friend Holly Gagne (sp?)?

All right. I was looking into a comment made awhile back about how sociopaths speak in odd ways. I'm not saying Casey is one, I don't know.

But I found an article that seems pretty reputable on the subject:

"The key lies in awakening the cerebral cortex of brain, which is risky because sociopaths are much more prone to seizures than the rest of the population..."

Could it also be that the seizure Casey had earlier this year set something off in her?

She could have ment that now that you mention it, but only to confuse the issue even more! So later she can say, "no, I was talking about our dogs"

AaaaaaAAaahh.... that would fit. makes sense ... for her, anyway.

Oh, I know what you mean! I think that is the same reason that they haven't taken any of the money they have raised to have a composite sketch of Zanny the Nanny done ... All the pictures of Caylee out there on the fliers, websites and billboards and NONE of her supposed abductor??
