It is really a great question though. Did they find the clothes or Caylee's backpack she supposedly had? It would really help to establish the timeline and debunk Casey's story.

Oh, I get what you mean. Find the clothes still w/in the Anthony house. If so, I'm sure Cindy gave them a thorough wash--just in case.

thanks for the info ... how old was caylee at the time, long ago, better days?

Caylee looked like she was under one year, so I'm presuming it was taken at Christmas 2005, when Caylee was about 5 months.

I still don't believe anything that George, Cindy or Lee spew. They're all into protecting Casey. If she has always been such a lying wench and prone to scream obscenities at her mom, where was George?? Why did he allow it?? Because of Caylee?? Because Cindy fought him over trying to curb Caseys disrespect? If nothing else, when Casey disappeared with Caylee, why didn't they search for her? Why??

They cared more about keeping Casey happy than they did about Caylees safety. That's why. And, that's still all they care about. IMO

No, it wasn't Holly Gagne. It was a very young woman, who called in as a friend of Casey's, and Nancy kept her on the line. I wrote her name down on the back of an envelope, and I'm now trying to find that envelope. My desk is sooooo disorganized!

They do need some sort of evidence though that it was first or second degree murder . . . If the police believe she drowned accidently, and she just decided to cover it up -- how could they charge her with murder?

How do the police believe that? Your actions speak to motive and she did not call 911 which is what you do when someone drowns accidentally. She will be charged with negligent homicide at the very least.

I hate to get into family politics, but does anyone know if George Anthony is Casey Anthony's biological father? Are there any birth records for Casey Anthony in their county? I have a hunch that George is protecting Cindy's feelings because Casey is NOT his bio-daughter and the guilt of that relationship is why he's protecting Casey.

If you believe she is alive, give the description again and say "I'm going to repeat again what she was wearing b/c I believe she is still alive and it may help someone find her." Did they not teach these basics in LE school when George was there?

Probably because what he came up with for the SW wasn't true and he can't really remember...

I found it! The friend of Casey's who called into Nancy Grace's program was Tara Graff. She said she babysat for Caylee sometimes, and said other friends babysat too.

Okay - I am now convinced the surveillance is a bluff by the GP's. The GP's really believe Casey (or are at least going through the motions) and think that it will scare the kidnappers into releasing Caylee.

If Casey's cell phone was cut off on July 8th because of non-payment of the $724 bill, what was she using to make calls from the 8th to the 15th?

Think LE has subpoena'ed the phone records for the landlines in both Ricardo's and Tony's apartments, as well as the cell phone records of anyone who admits to being with her during that time?

Her 'friends' must be livid.

Remember an early interview w/Cindy when she talked about being at the nursing home on Father's Day with her mother and Caylee?

She said something about how nice it was to have three generations there. If Casey had been there, it would have been four. But no.
