omg.....every day that this case goes on i just want to bang my head against the wall....the recent comments by george saying the kidnappers are being watched and now cindy saying great grandma heard from caylee too. The only accidental cause of death I could understand in this case would be if Caylee got hold of some drugs that Casey had and died that way. Casey clearly couldn't call the police in that situation, unlike the drowning theory. There does not appear to be blood evidence in the house or a history of violence.

A: I can see it as an accident and Casey freaking out and not calling cops because she was in over her OWN head in something else. For example, say Caylee drowned while Casey was strung out on some kind of drugs or say she had drugs in the house. You can't just clean up the stuff/sober up/come clean by the time cops get there and she couldn't WAIT because the cops would know.

B: If she was giving Caylee "Zannies" or Xanex to put her to sleep...same thing goes if she OD'd while Casey was partying...she would know that she would still be arrested because DUH you aren't supposed to give that to a kid.

If Caylee is no longer with us, I can definitely see it being an "accident"...in which case it's really a case of major negligence/stupidity AND abuse on Casey's part and she should still be sent to prison for all the lying and hell she has put not only her family but the nation through.

C: If Caylee is alive, I believe there was another body in the trunk and Casey was involved in some heavy CHIAT. And that she acts fine in jail because she knows Caylee is ok and they can't pin anything on her because there is nothing to pin...and she continues all the lies because she really was a part of another person's death etc....

Just some scenerios....IMO

Grrrrrrr!
This headline that was typed by (Dr. Pennypacker) is truly misleading. The headline makes it sound like this is breaking news and it isn't. It's just a reporter making an assumption. I apologize (kinda), but why post media links with a headline that may look like it's really "something" when it's really nothing at all?

The person who was supposed to meet George in Oveido (whoever this was, and whyever it was) didn't show up appartently.

During his time in Oviedo on Tuesday morning, he passed out shirts and fliers to random strangers who came up to him, but the person who he said he was supposed to meet in Oviedo didn't show up.

I really hurt for him if he is still clinging to this hope and honestly believed that he was going to meet with someone who had information. While the majority of us believe little Caylee is gone, I honestly believe he is trying to hold on to ANY hope that she is alive. Denial is a very strong tool when the mind just doesn't want to accept the inevitable. However, it doesn't erase the pain when false leads like this occur.

Yeah I know about ZG. I'm talking about who actually had her while she was out partying. Has no one came forward to say they watched her while Casey was partying???

I'm with you on everything but the speculation in C. I think she is just going to wait it out. She is hoping that they have nothing and there will be enough "doubt" in the jurors minds to acquit her.

EXACTLY. Where was her nanny or baby sitter. Everyone needs to hear this and hear it GOOD. There never has been a nanny.

If it was a one time "find it on Caylee's own and ODed" type of drug that I think would be harder to determine at this point since so much time has passed and they are not likely to have tissue samples.

My honest belief is that Zanny (Xanax) was the nanny and Caylee was often either left behind in someone's apartment, in the back of the car, or most likely (at least THE VERY LAST TIME) in the trunk. JMO

I believe this also. I think that drugs in Caylee's system were the reason, if it was accidental, that Casey didn't call 911.

If she was using Xanex or anything like it to keep Caylee sleeping while she went out they can drug test the hair that they found in the car or samples they have taken from the house. That kind of history is there for a long time. If it was a one time "find it on Caylee's own and ODed" type of drug that I think would be harder to determine at this point since so much time has passed and they are not likely to have tissue samples.

They would be able to test for it using the hair samples found in Caylee's hairbrush (taken during the search warrant).

ETA: IF IF IF this was a continuous thing for Casey to do..
