is it just me,.. or does Baiz look like he got a haircut??? He also is smiling WAY TOO MUCH!

Haven't seen Baez... I came in while George was on the stand.

Baez & Casey BOTH seem to have such inappropriate demeanors. They're like 2 crazy peas in a pod. I sincerely think his own attitude feeds right into Casey's mental state.

IF the family never wants to find Caylee, Baez is THE PERFECT attorney for Casey.

I have to say, Baez is making some very good points for his client if you believe at all that it is possible that Caylee was kidnapped.

I think he's laying the groundwork for a change of venue, as well (that this may impede her right to a fair trial).

Going to keep watching I'm very interested in the judge's ruling after hearing this argument.

He's making a great argument regarding the investigation as well.

I'd love to share my theory, but since the person implicated is LE, I'm wondering if putting it out there (so to speak) would endanger MY family. I know that sounds a bit paranoid, but I AM the kind of mother who will do anything to protect her children. I've noticed that no one else here seems to have that same concern (that their own families would be endangered for implicating someone -- especially LE). Am I missing something? Is our contact information relatively safe here? After all, WE are able to find all kinds of things about everyone related to this case...

People can only know about you what you post...don't you give yourself away

Be careful how you speak of yourself/family in relation to the story...your theory. Don't get personal, talk about the case only. Be careful about implicating those and no posting addresses/personal info of those who have not been accused by main stream media.

Always say in your opinion, this is only your theory, speculating, yada yada.

or, a novel idea - she could talk to the police...

i dont think the judge is going to buy the argument that caylee's being found is being impeded by the release of the videos/calls. but i think he might just grant the order anyway to be safe (regarding fair trial, contamination of jury pool etc type issues).

Change of venue? Casey will need a change of PLANET if she wants to find a jury who is not disgusted by her total disinterest in finding her baby.
