While we're on the car - IIRC George "cleaned out" the car when he got it back - hell he drove it home (I think) wouldn't he have "smelled" this smell? Being ex-LE wouldn't have have known "that smell" as well? Yet no one has asked him - nor has he EVER commented on it. To me - THAT SMELLS!!!

I have been searching all over the old threads for hours!
I remember the Fusion pictures when someone here first found them.
Shortly after I remember finding a guys myspace page with the same Fusion pictures where he lists them as taken 6-6-08 (I remember the date because it is my b-day). Now the news is saying its 6-20-08.
Not that it really matters but its bugging me.
She had on the same blue dress. While its entirely possible she wore the same dress the 20th and the 6th I think thats highly unlikely.

I am thinking the myspace I was searching for is a black guy that has a robotic monster on a grey flash page, but I may be mistaken. I have looked at so many!

Of course my brain is fried from all this info so I could be way off! lol

Yeah I thought so too and did some more digging. As someone else said, she was wearing a black dress on the 9th. There is another set of photos somewhere (That I can't find right this second) and she's wearing the exact same dress, different color. One was purple, the other royal blue. I think that's where the mix up occurs.

Oh, that's interesting.

Also Wednesday, Eyewitness News spoke to a former inmate who talked with Casey Anthony before her hearing Tuesday and he was told an entirely new story about where Caylee is.

"I was asking her where the baby was. She said, 'I don't have the baby,'" said former inmate Travis Nichols. "Her ex-boyfriend has the baby. She didn't say where."

"Did she say who that was?" WFTV reporter Kathi Belich asked.

"No. And she started smiling and then she went into the cage and went into court," he said.

Nichols admits he was in jail after being accused of burglary, but insists he isn't trying to use the information for his own gain. He doesn't believe what she told him is true and said she's been changing her story left and right.

The jail is checking records to verify that Nichols was in the holding area Tuesday morning when Casey was there. If they were both there, the jail said it is possible they could have exchanged words through the transparent dividers.

I wonder which 'ex-boyfriend' she was referring to. There seems to be quite a list.

back cking the number Casey listed on the myspace, the phone number is a cingular wireless, unpublished/unavailable from Riverside, NY. Wonder how long they've been in Fl.

Riverhead, NY, not Riverside.

Tony's family is still in NY. He moved down to FL at some point. Couldn't have been too long ago. He graduated HS in NY.

Attorney General wrote that attorney Jose Baez "had failed to show the trial court abused its discretion."

"A trial court's determination will be upheld by the appellate court 'unless the judicial action is arbitrary, fanciful, or unreasonable, which is another way of saying that discretion is abused only where no reasonable man would take the view adopted by the trial court,'" the Attorney General wrote in the response.

Baez wanted the appeals court to step in and help him get Casey Anthony out of jail. He was hoping to get another bond hearing for his client to drastically reduce Casey's current $500,000 bond.

"The court set out what it determined to be reasonable conditions for Petitioner's release, and Petitioner has failed to show that such action by the trial court was 'arbitrary, fanciful, or unreasonable,'" the Attorney General wrote.

Cindy commented on it as she talked to news reporters coming out of court after the bond hearing. She said that George, being in the LE profession, thought he smelled decomp in the car as he drove it home. She, being in the nursing profession, also thought she smelled decomp. Then they found the rotting pizza and changed their minds (at least until she called 911).

That was an odd question and now that I think about it..... could Cindy be suggesting/believing/considering that Caylee could have indeed been locked in the trunk of that car, alive? While Casey was out partying?

I think the defensive would like to say the cadaver dogs picked up on sweat & Caylee really was alive the last time Casey claims to have seen her.

That would force the prosecution to PROVE Casey was the last person to see Caylee alive. Go ahead & prove someone else didn't kidnap or kill Caylee.

Ok - from that article it seems the APPEAL court ruled and next will be the "regular" (for lack of a better word) judge to rule whether or not to reduce the bond.

Anyone else's take on this?

the cleaning out part is what bothers me. while cleaning out did he remove any evidence that could have helped. at the time he might not have been aware what was going on. it wasn't until after he got the car home that he learned caylee was missing. it would have been a natural reaction to clean the car out.

About the bond reduction being reduced? Links have been posted all over here this morning. The pdf doc shows everyone that was notified.
