I should add....when I heard the first jail call between KC & Cindy, I became more convinced. Things like "you don't know what happened?" and Cindy calling her darling and practically bragging about being on tv. No sobbing for Caylee etc, it was too weird to be happening that way if they just found out she was missing the day before.

I always thought something about that comment, "you don't KNOW what my involvement is?!" and the way it was said was just strange. It sounded to me like she was really saying "Oh ,you most definately know what my involvement is" KWIM?

I appreciate your response SS. My friend's husband was killed in battle and when the marines came to the door, she looked through the blinds and would not open the door. she waited three hours to do so. That is denial and I understood that completely.

What I am witnessing here, seems like something else, but we can agree to disagree, right..

The type of denial of which you speak is not an uncommon reaction when one is faced with something they feel they cannot psychologically handle. It can last for a few hours or days even. But when it continues for months or years...? it's become so pathological, so unhealthy...

I don't know, it sounds more like dissociation than denial to me.

Dissociation is a common coping mechanism in those with personality disorders. I have seen it endlessly throughout this case in both Cindy and Casey. Most recently in Casey in court the other day.. where she seemed to have not a care in the world... both of these women, their emotions are just so off. I'm sorry but Cindy is a messed up woman. I am honestly starting to reconsider some things in this case.

That's why there's an independent auditor/officer of the fund. The accounting of the fund has nothing to do with them.

There is no independant officer--it is all the A family to include the future mother in law--so the fund is about nothing but them.

The "other" missing children charities include KFN which is run by deadbeat felons and NLH which is run by scammers and con artists and of course the A family themselves which they proved to us by their Sunbiz filing

Ah EXCUSE ME - but this is FRAUD to be collecting money to FIND CAYLEE and if even a 1.00 came in they are subject to charges.

I have been on the phone with two Wacovhia execs for over an hour and just now their attorney called me to get a copy of the information where their bank name with the Hopespring address is listed. I can say, they are NOT happy at all about this.

I wrote Jody P over a month ago for a complete accounting under the Florida FOIA and have received nothing. I will be turning this over to the SA if I don't receive it within the time allowed.

This is the same thing which happened with the first attorney, but he did finally write me a letter with the pitiful accounting they posted. It did not meet his obligations as the trustee under Florida law, but so far, I have let it go because he did resign.

BTW - Jody P. is Mallory's mother.

In a jailhouse call, Casey says, "Mom! You don't know what my INVOLVEMENT is in stuff?" Or something like that. For once Casey did sound incredulous that Cindy was saying she did not know.

I say there was a script alright, but it was an Anthony family script that Casey apparently didn't follow closely enough. I feel Casey had been supposed to call LE and tell them Caylee had been kidnapped and just kept putting it off. I believe that the duct tape was to make it look like a kidnapping.

Nice work blowing the whistle on these people. I'm sorry to sound cold, but I don't feel one bit sorry for them. Each member of that family is looking out for number one, at the expense of everyone, including each other...and a two-year-old murdered child. It's beyond my comprehension to behave this way, even in a high-trauma situation.

I say take them down, take them ALL down...for LE, for TES, for all the people that searched and donated and cared, and most of all FOR CAYLEE. :steamed:

No. I have heard a few people make that connection before but to me it was very clear. casey was screaming about that fact that in very initial interviews with, or comments to, the media, CA stated she did not know what her daughter's involvement with Caylee's disappearance was. casey was extremely pissed about that comment and was basically stating: "How dare you ever for one moment say or act or think anything except that your darling princess could never be anything but 100% innocent." casey's comment and attitude had the effect of getting CA in line very quickly. No mystery there at all, IMO.

I have been going back and forth about Cindy and involvement. I cannot prove she was involved but I can sure as heck make a case that she didn't pursue her grandaughter after June 15th.
