Caylee Is Not Findable - FACT?

  • #161
It also does not make him right. We found a body two years ago that had been missing for over 20 years..............Those words may come back to haunt him.

Why wasn't the body found 20 years ago?

I have respect for Tim and TES and everything they have done, but I also don't believe he should have said what he did. I really hope someone proves him wrong and finds Caylee.

I am disturbed as his last comments before "she won't be found" were "I will stay as long as it takes to find her" Doesn't anyone else see the hypocrisy in his statements? Next thing you hear is that he's holding training sessions in a bar owned by the Anthony's attorney and accepting donations from questionable sources. All the money donated to him seems to be giong for his travels as he jumps from search to search to searfch without every COMPLEING any of them. moo. He may be sincere, but he's like a feather in the wind. Blow on him and he changes directions and focus.

Bolded by me. I don't know where you're getting your information from with this statement, but I suggest you visit their website and catch up on their memorial page.

TM said it already when he was still in the field packing up his big 2-day search extravaganza. He said it back then. Why continue to say it?

Saying she MAY not be found is his choice. Saying she WON'T be found is silly.

Why is he having TES volunteers still searching for Caylee as we speak if she won't be found?

He makes no sense. He should stay off the air.

TES has found almost 300 people.

Even if Casey dumped Caylee's body in BP, and there's nothing to indicate that she did, it's not likely any part of her will be found.

Thanks Chilly!! That's what I was afraid of.

Chilly, that was not my statement (bolded). It was Gaia713's. Just to be clear.

I know. :) I have edited my post to reflect that.

People don't seem to realize that with tropical storm Fay, we had 20 to 24 inches of rain in Orange and Brevard Counties. What were walking trails at Blanchard Park became rivers and small lakes and it took not just days to drain, it took weeks! The ground was so saturated with water, it couldn't absorb anymore. Now that the grounds have at least dried out enough to walk in with boots, so much has been moved or covered with debris, new soil washed in, etc. that the terrain looks completely different than what it was in June. So, that has become a big obstacle in itself.

Think about this guys - I think they are calling off official searches because every fruitless search is ammo in the defense gun right? You looked here and there and there and there. You looked for 6 months non stop and haven't found anything - this must mean she is alive....I can hear JB now...

No, I don't believe that. I believe she is out there and she is findable. Just because TM makes a statement doesn't mean people aren't still looking and it certainly doesn't mean they won't keep looking for years and years if that's what it takes! I know residents of Central Florida that continue to think and look. Yes, she may never be found but that does NOT mean she won't be.

Please don't ever give up hope just because you hear someone with some "pull" make a statement. Everyone who has searched for Caylee has gotten very, very discouraged. It comes in waves - that's why we have to support each other. You CAN "search" from your computer because the trade of opinions and ideas provides leads.

LE reads here, everyone reads here - they want her found too! Never give up on Caylee!

Tim isnt right or wrong for what he said, but he should of used a better choice of words instead of CANT. That word appears very sour to all of us that want Caylee found. He could of said "she may never be found". Also strikes me strange that he stayed in Aruba for Natalee much longer than he did for Caylee and never gave up and I didnt see thousands of donations pouring in for that case for him to allow him to stay, unless I am unaware of all the donations and if so, I apolgize. I always had alot of respect for Tim but to me it seems hes all of a sudden on a downslide with Caylee, especially in his choice of words.

I have read that a million dollar donation was given to TES for the Holloway search by a wealthy party. That was quite a while ago. I assume there has been more since then. IMO.

And if an alligator got her, there' s nothing left to be found. The money being wasted on searching in BP could be much better spent elsewhere, IMO.

Thank you for that voice of reason, I believe we do make a difference and she can be found. But even if she isn't, KC will go to jail.

Remember when they mentioned on Nancy Grace that Casey was watching TV with the guards when they were showing LP search the river? Nancy said that Casey looked and turned and went into her cell. Don't you think that if she had dumped Caylee in that river she would have been more interested in seeing what they had found? I'm just hoping that Leonard isn't wasting his time and money searching in the wrong place. It's so sad because in Florida with all the lakes and alligators there are so many places to dump a body.

KC's reactions have been inapropriate since day 1. The only time she seemed to get upset was when at Universal LE told her she had lied about her security badge or pass(something like that)-then she actually acted totally pizzed! I know it's a long shot that any remains of that poor baby will be found, but I think we owe it her. Her own family failed her miserably-lets not do the same!

No one knew he was dead. A tip came in and when the area was searched he was in a shallow grave under a concrete patio.

If TM and his gang want to give up on finding her remains, I cannot fault him. But, don't run off at the mouth everytime you are coming into Orlando about how you are "going to stay til she's found'. Surely the revelation that this was going to be a hard thing to accomplish didn't just dawn on him within the last few weeks. I believe since her remains have been most likely skeletal since around August that the liklihood of finding the bones has been nil for some time.

As far as cameras making heroes out of some, one could make the same speculation out of most characters in this fiasco. If LP wants to keep looking, good for him. If the cameras watch him, who cares, I will be watching. Obviously there is a demand for the cameras to be there, or they would find something else to do. News crews are sent out to LP's searches for you, me, and anyone else who follows the case. So if you want to blame somebody for the media following LP...news crews don't typically follow stories there is no "demand" for.

I would also like to add that the opinion TM would be "wasting" donated funds is just that, opinion. They are donated for searches, which is what he would be doing, and if he had this mindset with every missing person, nobody would ever be found by them. IMO he is just trying to get LP to give up. But, who knows?

I think we are all just jumpy right now because we all want Caylee found so bad and when we hear discouraging words, it makes us sad, or bitter or however you want to say it- I dont think we want to accept the words she cant or wont be found- we have to stay positive and hope for the best. I just hope by some miracle she is found one day and we can have some closure and a proper burial. As close as we are following this case, shes like everyones daughter and we are taking this whole case to heart.

I first heard it that the guards noticed what she was watching and asked her to go back to her cell, and she turned and did without comment. Later I didn't hear the guard part mentioned.

I think she would be agreeable to the guards if they did ask her to leave first. You or I might demand to watch because we want our daughter found. She, however, was probably thinking "I don't want them to see me watching it too closely, lest they realize I'm nervous because that's the right location." Or alternatively, not react because she wants them to keep looking in the wrong spot. I guess she was thinking "Dont react" to cover her own youknowwhat, rather than thinking about Caylee.

Exactly! KC is one cool cucumber. She knows what to say, how to act and react at all times to get the people around her to believe what she wants them to believe. I truly believe that if and when little Caylee is found, she will react the same as always...no emotion at all.

I believe that if there is anything left of little Caylee to be found, that's how it will happen. A credible tip will come in or someone will stumble on her remains by accident. Until that happens, the search efforts are futile.
