Caylee may be cremated

I believe if you read back, you will find where the Anthonys talked about burying Caylee. This appears to me to be doing the complete opposite of what they wanted for the baby. I am not surprised, but I am interested in WHY Baez was given the authority instead of them.

The ONLY reason that I can see is because they are going to say one or both of them killed Caylee.

It would be wonderful if they finally buried this precious child with dignity.... I agree with what your saying and will add what I don't understand as well ...

Anthonys talked about burying Caylee and so did BC and they blamed the SA office for the delay, now they blame the P.I's. I am interested as well in WHY Baez was given the authority instead of the Anthony's?

Why would it be up to the Anthony's attorney to make this important decision regarding Caylee? He never met her and is not part of the family, so again this is all about saving Casey and the Anthony's. Not about Caylee!So, now the Anthony's are just pawning Caylee off to a total stranger to make the decision on how she will be buried? It just doesn't make sense. Yes, Caylee is a precious child and I would love nothing more than for her to finally have the "Best" memorial and be put to rest. Caylee is no less nor more important than anyone else and why they would feel that cremating her is the right option raises a red flag to me. Look at Earnheart, Elvis, Anna Nicole, Monroe and other's that are celebrities and the family didn't go to this extent.

I am really thinking now that the pathologist found something in Caylee's system. I know they said no tissue was left, she is all skeletal remains, but bones are tissue, just not soft tissue so they can still find a lot, also within the hair they can detect chemicals, drugs, burns and other. "IMO" that is why the remains have not been released to the Anthony's.

I think it's terrible that Caylee doesn't have NOT ONE decent family member that can face a camera and tell us about her and how much they'll miss her.
Seems funny hearing funeral details from an attorney that didn't even know her.

Maybe they are not ready to do that yet.
Thanks to Casey, JB is the one responsible for the remains, not the A's.

They probably made this decision after they found out that they can't sell tickets to her burial site. I can just see GA sitting out there selling tickets and LA serving lemonade under an umbrella (charging a crazy amount of $) while CA yells @ everyone to get off the grass. As always this family is unbelievable. It is always about $$$.

^^I think that's tacky, but if they're still receiving requests and they still have shirts, I'm not sure I see the harm. They paid out the money for the shirts to be made and there are apparently still people who want them. Probably better for them to donate them, but tackiness is not criminal - my MIL is a living example of that.

The Anthony's were given money and donations to make these T-shirts and bracelets and many even donated over 5000 flyer's. This is what I don't understand.

1.They were given the money and donations for the items

2.They sold the items that were paid for by donations

3.They are still selling the items that were paid for by donations

4.None of the money or donations that were sent to the Caylee fund ever helped in the search for Caylee, none of it was donated to TES and there is still money left in the account.

5.Why do they still have the money and are still selling item's that have been paid for by other's?

"IMO" The family should either send the money back to the people who gave it to them in the first place or donate it to another "REAL" organization to help a "real" missing child.

It was said the Caylee fund was non profit, but someone must be profiting "IMO" when all items and monies have been donated and they are reselling itmes..again "JMO"

Wow. Interesting. Humm .... maybe she figures since she is "sitting" in jail with no money, if she gives Baez authority to bury Caylee, the burden of payment won't go to her family. It will be Baez's responsibility to pay for the funeral.

I don't think Jose has the money to pay for a funeral or much of anything else. He never picked up the CDs with all the tips on it because he had to pay around 900 first for other stuff he hadn't paid for yet.

She could care less about the burden it would put on anyone! She give Baez rights to keep them from her mother. I still don't think they will ever be released to the family..

The public doesn't have a "right" to Caylee. I think your statement is grossly unfair in that way. Why should they want their granddaughter's grave to be a tourist attraction? By your logic, one should also condemn the many other parents of children who have gone missing/were murdered who chose to have their children cremated. This is such a personal choice and it is their choice and no one else's. I can't believe anyone would try to infringe upon such a personal choice and think that because they read about this little girl or saw her on TV that they have any kind of right to her body.

Ugh! This sickens me. I'd like the Anthony's attorney to explain why this is any different that the PI selling the video tape. It wouldn't be quite as bad if the money got donated to a charity for missing children. As it is though it will probably go towards the defense fund.

I understand the cremation and have absolutely no problem with it - its none of my business anyway and saves me fret time by leaving it alone.

The first few years of JonBenet's burial, her grave was trashed on a routine basis. Special cleaners took care of it. On Halloween - it really got trashed.

I live about 3 miles from her burial site. I have never visited her grave - but saw it a couple of times as I was in that cemetery on other matters. It was a horrible sight to see. Trash thrown on. Human waste. Rotten food. Paint all over the stone. And more. They were insulting the Ramsey's. I would expect the same insults for the Anthonys, as rampant as they are running.

Don't think this couldn't happen to Caylee? Teenagers are cruel sometimes and even adults. Casey's "spiteful " comment may have turned into a virus because it sure seems to be spreading around.

As of the court hearing the other day (the one where Casey was drug into court), Baez had control of the remains. His experts are suppose to be here at the end of the month to view the remains..(from what I gathered anyways)
The Anthonys may not get them until after the experts leave, if they get them at all..My guess is that they will not get the remains to bury, that Casey is holding all cards and going to play them out just like she did with Caylee's life.

Crematories DO (yuckk) !! cremate and then make "diamonds"
out of the remains, and set them in jewelry for the family.
