And what about this little part

They said the bag holding the remains, including a skull and some bones, also contained clothing.

Authorities also said the body was dumped shortly after the slaying.
Bold and italic Mine - REALLY did Authorities say that !!!

Cause that would be contradictory to the the equsearch person who has proof as she says that there was no bag / body

Hmmm the mystery deepens

Wasn't there a plant that the Anthony's "dug up" because it was too big for a spot or died or something. I need a Greta Transcript and the pool box was in a different place?

The hibiscus bush. The As transplanted it at a time of year very bad for hibiscus, which I always found odd since they are so particular about their yard, plants, etc. Somewhere in this forum is the date they moved it.

We need to see if that was in any of the LE statements, or if it was in a news report from 'sources'. I *think* it was from 'sources', not official LE statement.

That possibly has something to do with what they r finding on the site. Everyone be ready for server overload tomorrow either way. Especially when & if they r done anytime tomorrow JB & team would be arriving to the site. That's if the property owner allows him. Can the property owner make JB get a court order before he allows him on the site?

bold by me...

LE wants to establish that the body has been there the entire time, but what about the decomp in the trunk?2.6 days? I hope they release some details soon.I need to get some housework done LOL

Or Transplanted onto the remains from the backyard. Could Caylee have been in a shallow grave covered with a plant and that's why no one found her? If dogs or equipment wasn't used there then it could be possible.

This is exactly what I am thinking! I truly believe that poor Caylee was thrown there when GA confronted Casey about needing those thing a magiggers for rotating CA's tires. It's entirely possible that she was dug under and popped out after all of the flooding! So awful for Caylee.

Caylee has been out there for 6 months at this point, a few days after she died would by shortly after.

IMO the thread title should be changed to the press release on the DNA & site of the remains found LE are done investigating. My heart tells me that there will be many press releases to come today. If that makes sense to anyone as I need more coffee this morning. :blowkiss:

So what is our assumption about the hibiscus-that Casey dug it up and took it and planted it where she placed Caylee? and the Anthony's would then have noted it was missing and gotten another one? I am SOOOOO behind...I still cannot find out how everyone knows she was double-bagged...

this may have been questioned before--bit behindbut wasn't there a pic of Caylee that had a hibiscus plant in it that got everyone thinking about the bush?????

Some people in another thread were trying to track her down last night before I went to sleep. They seemed to think she was neighbor and friend of As named 'Holly'. She's been at the vigils etc. in pics.

No I'm 100% sure that she is not Holly. Take a look at PattyG's videos in the sticky threads from NG & Greta's shows that she appeared on. Not her but she is the one that showed up at the protest with cowboy at the LP dive search at BP.

MyFoxOrlando Live Stream says that they hope to make an announcement about the crime scene discoveries sometime this afternoon. Reporter says investigators have been working at the crime scene "through the night."

Reporter says they hope to have an ID on the remains "sometime before Christmas."

I thought it would be sooner... Isn't this what we were waiting for last night??

I think the current assumption or theory is that the body was wrapped up in a garbage bag in the car trunk, until KC had a near discovery when GA went into the trunk on June 24. At that point she quickly dumped it somewhere nearby.

My thought didn't come out right. I meant LE wants to establish that the body wasn't recently put there, not that it was placed there IMMEDIATELY after Caylee died. But the statement said shortly after slaying. That could seem like a conflict with the 2.6 days of decomp found in the trunk.I'm sure LE will clear it all up. I'm not confused, but someone not following this closely could be confused by that statement.

Clippings maybe? All I know is that for some reason that particular Hibiscus had been dug up, or moved in the A's backyard for some reason. What color was the hibiscus?

Pink. It was moved so they could put the storage box near the house to prevent a place where Caylee was known to climb up on the side of the pool.

It depends on their interpretation of the word "shortly".

Well, I think differently, always have been a little different...

My theory

I think Casey left on the 15-16th, after the fight, in a fury, with Caylee. After a while she found the duct tape that Amy had lost in the car and and wrapped Calee and threw her in the trunk...to get some quiet, and out of anger...

She texted Tony into the wee hours, during which time, I think Caylee was in the trunk...opened the trunk, and found her deceased. Returned on the 18th, bagged her, borrowed shovel, disposed of body, washed up in the pool...

I think on the 27th was when she finally cleaned the car, realizing the smell was worsening. See, in my scenario, Caylee wasn't in a bag, the first 2.6 days, hence the stain.

PS...IF it is true a swimsuit was found with the body, that reminds me that Cindy and Caylee went swimming on the 15th after GG visit, before the fight...Caylee usually went to bed at 8-10, per Cindys interviews...the fight may have occurred, and Casey may have fled with Caylee, before she was changed from her swimsuit...an idea.

I also wonder if she may have spent the night of the 15th at the dead end, on Suburban...
