Does she know of this charity personally that she can advertise for them??? Or is this a way to console herself with being an alleged racist! At least according to ICA's friends, if they were spanish they couldn't be at her home...JMHO

This organization sorta reminds me of the "Foundation" JB started with his girlfriend/now wife and attorney friend, in 2004 and dissolved in 2005 - "MIRACLES FOR CHILDREN FOUNDATION CORP" (found on sunbiz site). The corporation articles said their purpose was" "To assist children in need, which includes but is not limited to: Shelter, food, medical, education and development." Only 3 people were Directors of this "Foundation" - JB, his wife, and his attorney friend.

I would guess that the only way these shoes will make any money for the organization is when they are sold on E-Bay keep your eyes peeled cause I can just about guarantee that is what will be happening to those shoes...Then CA & GA will be able to see how much money they can get for the rest of Caylee's things...Just makes me sick....

Glad the article mentioned that CA alerted them by email, yet Baez will still downplay that fact and still claim it's media sensationalism harmful to the case. Timing of this reported trivia is kinda suspicious.

Even all of the Milstead's corporations, active and non-active, are listed on this government site

As I searched further, I found this about the org though at Faqs.org which states it bases it's info on public records ...

I'll definitely go back when I have more time and check out these orgs ..

I reread this article a couple of times trying to find a way to make Cindy seem more generous, too. I couldn't find solace in the word "some" as that is defined as an unidentified number ~ It could be even only one.

To me, the amount of her gift is only a secondary factor in this event anyway. The major element, IMO, being her motivation to call public attention to her deed. I understand that she claims she wanted to make the public aware of this particular charity but there certainly are less self-aggrandizing way to do that. And I wonder, too, if this particular charity will benefit from an association with her and all the baggage she brings along with her. MOO

I believe she's doing it on purpose, knowing it will incense the public so she can play the 'oh poor pitiful me' act in her interviews. And Pip had a great idea in her post above, Cindy's also doing it to help Casey's case, of course. Not that I think it works, just that's what Cindy thinks.

How special! I hope she does not choke over that one pair for another child that needs them. I am so sick of all of them and their aren't I special attitude. If I was a legit charity I would want this whole family as far away from me as possible. They will posion their cause just like they posion everything else they touch.

Cindy the graverobber finds another way to cash in on Caylee. This time it's for notoriety and sympathy. Does this woman have an existence outside of Caylee? Does she have any individuality whatsoever?? Good lord this is beyond disgusting.

She changes her mind to suit whatever will benefit her or casey at the time. Oh in court she says caylee's alive - trying to create reasonable doubt and garner sympathy. Then she donates shoes (worth what, 1$?) of her "alive" granddaughter after emailing the media (wwjd miss born again? I think he had rules about charitable giving and not making it public?) to get sympathy and bolster her image. I do think she loved Caylee for what Caylee could do for HER.

Of course, in cindy's addled mind she probably thinks the shoes are worth millions because they were special due to the fact they were Caylee's. Isn't there some law against selling murder memorabilia??

Good point! Also I agree with whoever said that the kid who gets the shoes is not less fortunate than Caylee. Caylee was murdered by her mother, and betrayed by her grandparents and Uncle.

I have no qualms about donating a deceased persons (even a child) belongings that are still very usable to orgs that help children and their families.

Should I call the media next time I make a donation to Goodwill (which I make on a regular basis and to the salvation army or the local food bank)?

C. Anthony needs to realize she is not a celebrity. She is not a quasi-celebrity either. She's not a reality TV celebrity.

Sorry for the rant, but honestly--she is no one a no body. Caylee will be who everyone remembers. Not Caylee's Mother, and especially not Caylee's Grandmother.
