Sounds like the delay was due to Merritt not arriving on the bus on schedule.... both sides are in the courtroom. Bailiff just announced we’re about to get started soon @CBS8

We will be hearing more victim impact statements in the Charles Merritt sentencing this morning. Family members from both sides are in the courtroom sitting on opposite sides @cbs8
