Imes, in regards to Maline’s statement about withholding evidence about Merritt’s truck, called it a “falsehood” and a “bastardization.”

Maline thinks the killers dna would survive in the knots, but that means Summer's dna would still be there, in the protected areas. Which we know it wasn't.

Judge is just saying court has already addressed this on Friday.

Cant believe the snake is trying to worm his way out of this - he murdered his pal, his pals wife and their 2 beautiful children. We don't have the death penalty where I live (the UK) but I know a deserving candidate for the death penalty when I see one.
