Inconceivable that no word is out yet where Cheryl D was abducted. Must be somewhere where there are people (employees?) that can be bribed or whatever for the info is what I'm presuming. Money talks folks. Many loose lips when there's a c note involved. At least in this case there are several things that can be investigated. Her car, videos, pictures, items, suspect, etc. In Kristi's there are none but that cell call to her bf and the description of two vehicles. Always puzzled by who sees these vehicles in crimes but doesn't see anything else. Guess that beats nothing at all.
Light: I have always considered that light was like the "whip antennas" guys use on those trucks when they have their radios in there - probably take them off when it's not hunting season. But it was hunting season when the pic was taken of that truck, so I figured maybe it was normal. But then those lights could be used for other things - but if you have a camo truck, why not have it decked out with a light - for camping and stuff - gives you light to do things in the woods where there's no electricity and you don't wanna run down your battery with your headlights. I dunno, just dumb girl thinking - LOL.
DATES on ATM pic and truck pic: It was shown that the pics were made on different dates at one point. It's for sure they are representing them to have been on different dates. Why? Good ques.
WALKED THERE: I have begun to think quite a different scenerio in the last couple of wks that would have put an entirely different spin on where CD was kept and who had her. So, if I can think of this, I bet the defense is killing the prosecution cuz I'm just a plain old citizen without any tools of investigation.
ASSOCIATES: I have thought the reason H was so able to have the crimes look dissimilar is bec of the involvement of others. Everybody does things in a little different way - thus you have different seemingly "MOs". Just a thought. Plus bec of the story out of Madison newspaper by Tyrra Meserve at Green Publishing Co.
ATM ACTIVITY: In Emerson case we know he used several different ATMs. In Bryant case, they only report the one activity (are they telling the whole truth?). In CD case we have been told of 3 activities - all at same bank. ALL DIFFERENT. Really not a pattern. But one does wonder why keep using the same bank in CD's case.
Just got a msg from a friend who has just been in contact with Wolfscratch. She says he asked if I could post here that his computer crashed and that's why he hasn't been around. So here you be. Good luck with the puter, wolf.
Wouldn't you love to know what books were found at that campsite? There are several titles that I've read about in connection to this case and would be SO anxious to know if it was any of them. Or just to know out of curiousity because I'm nosey. Clothing too-what clothing?-mens?-womens?-or maybe even a dress long sleeved pinstriped shirt stashed where no one would ever be likely to find it? Wouldn't that be a find.

The U.S. Forest Service has positively identified a cache of supplies at a concealed campsite in Fannin County, Ga., as belonging to convicted murderer Gary Michael Hilton.
A hunter stumbled across the campsite and equipment Friday and thought the items might be stolen or illegally dumped, said Sgt. Justin Turner with the Fannin County' Sheriff's Department.
The hunter called the U.S. Forest Service, which responded and identified the items as belonging to Hilton, Turner said. U.S. Forest Service police and Fannin County Sheriff's Department began gathering the items and establishing a chain of custody. The items were taken by the Forest Service.
The Forest Service took clothing, books and camping supplies and will be examined to see if the items are evidence in any crimes.
Hilton is accused of killing John and Irene Bryant of Horse Shoe in October 2007. The Bryants disappeared while hiking near the Cradle of Forestry in Pisgah National Forest.
The body of Irene Bryant, 84, was found near the couple’s car. The body of her husband John, 79, was found about three months later near Franklin.
Hilton is currently serving a life sentence for the New Year’s Day 2008 abduction and subsequent murder of 24-year-old Merideth Emerson of Buford, Ga., a hiker who disappeared from a trail in Union County. Her body was later found in Dawson County.
He is being held in Florida awaiting trial there for the murder of Cheryl Dunlap, a Tallahassee Sunday school teacher.

A campsite belonging to convicted murderer Gary Michael Hilton was found in northern Georgia.
Hilton is suspected in the slayings of Henderson County couple Jack and Irene Bryant, who disappeared October 2007 while hiking near the Cradle of Forestry in the Pisgah National Forest. He has not been charged in the killings.
A hunter scouting for deer signs stumbled on the campsite Friday in Fannin County, GA., which is located on the border between Georgia and Tennessee, said Sgt. Justin Turner of the Fannin County Sheriff’s Department.
The hunter contacted the U.S. Forest Service who identified the site as belonging to Hilton.
Hilton was known to frequent that area of the national forest, Turner said.
The campsite was located in a remote, wildlife nature area of the forest. It contained personal items and camping equipment. Turner did not know if any of the items had a criminal nature.
All the items have now been turned over to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, where Hilton is awaiting trial for the murder of Cheryl Dunlap, of Tallahassee, Fla., said John Bankhead, spokesman for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
The N.C. Bureau of Investigation has been made aware of the campsite. Florida authorities will contact them if any items can be connected to the Bryants’ killings, Bankhead said.
Hilton is currently serving a life sentence for the abduction and murder of Georgia hiker Meredith Emerson, 24. The campsite was located near Union County where Emerson was kidnapped, Turner said.

Enough all ready!! Are you all as sick as I am about reading about a forthcoming trial but it never seems to come? Me? How about all of YOU that have been there from Day Uno! Do you know how many articles I've read this week that end in that very same sentence that date back over a year? I mean seriously, word-for-word! How many more months or even years do you have to read that he's awaiting trial? Yeah-we KNOW he's awaiting trial for the murder of Cheryl Dunlap, we get that, now tell us something we don't know and haven't heard like a gazillion times. I just started following this and I'm up to here with it all ready. Get the show on the road. Set a date and stop stalling and postponing the inevitable. DO YOUR JOB. You know people that know stuff that have co-operated and been quiet are going to start getting antsy and frustrated and a million other things and start talking. It's human nature.

In GMH's Fannin County, GA, staging area/campsite, the books are very significant, IMO. Called the editor of the 'Observer', to get more info on the books. When I discovered that he was oblivious to the Deadly Run Movie and GMH's involvement, I was simply amazed.

The Forest: National & State Parks, posted land and hunting clubs, and abandoned or vacant houses, were his safe havens.
I am confident that the books given to Cheryl Dunlap, FL(Flowers in the Attic by VC Andrews), and Meredith Emerson, GA(Cannibals and Kings by Marvin Harris), by GMH, came from used book and thrift stores. GMH, had been eyewitnessed in the Jasper, GA, Thrift Store, between 01/02/08 and 01/03/08 and on many occasions by volunteers/employees.
GMH, has stated in many of his interviews that he constantly reads.
I have had alot of times on my hands lately and thought I would go to the local Thrift Store and check out their selection of books. Of 3 shelves of books, one shelf was dedicated to 'Serial Killer Novels'. I purchased several of the books. After researching the authors, I found that although the stories are fiction,(portrayed as fiction, for liability purposes) many are based on actual events, with the help of consultants from Mental Institutions, LE, behavior profilers, & Justice Officials, both retired and active.
The last book that I read is titled 'Mind Tryst', by Robin Carr. After reading the book, I inadvertently opened the cover and saw where the book's original purchase was made:

Gary Michael Hilton, had no victim profile, only a preference breaks all molds of serial killers profiled, changed his MOs, signature, and method of abduction, creating the image of multiple SK's active in several geographical areas and confining his victims to strangers. Many of his victims vanished without a trace, were never reported, were never investigated, were never found, but demand revealation, locating, and Justice.
Gary Michael Hilton, was a Copycat of multiple Serial Killers, entwineing many rituals and torture, creating a unique signature, growing more brazen with every innocent victim. He is/was an anomaly, a Stealth Predator...
He was very creative and was a 'Master of Emulation'. GMH, emulated a soldier on a perpetual manuever,
as well as a 'Traveling Preacher', long distant hiker, and a kyaker, petty drifter, law enforcement officer, etc...
Meredith Hope Emerson, is the primary reason that Gary Hilton's Trail of Terror, came to an abrupt end. 'Good vs Evil.' She was/is a kindred spirit and a fighter....May his many victims rest in peace..

I have always wondered what happened to the large plastic storage trays that were displayed in the 10/26/07 dash cam by the Cherokee Co Sheriff, while investigating GMH, for being on posted property. Guess we know now.
The cache must have been secured very well for the items to survive the wildlife and elements almost 2 years in the forest.
Was this staging area GMH's destination on 01/01/08 when he abducted Meredith Hope Emerson. GMH's destination was altered by over 2" of snow on the road in Dahlonega, GA, as well as LE working an accident. Was his original destination Fannin County?
Why are we hearing about the other two staging/camping areas almost two years later? How many more are there, in GA and the many other states?

So I pulled up a few versions of this campsite find and every one differs slightly. One even says an employee recognized the belongings as Hiltons. Huh? How that be? Says they loaded it up. How much junk was there to use that word 'loaded'? And if so much junk why all this time its been there and not one hunter saw it until now? Now I got to ask Wolfscratch something about that house by him that burned down-were there any out buildings or a basement or such where this stuff could have been stored up and taken out before this arson, excuse me-I mean fire?
