Did anybody catch the name of the Judge this morning?

If I were a member of Cheryl Dunlap's family I would be causing such a stink they'd hear me all over Florida.
Did he even do this?

Or any of the families, friends, and loved ones of GMH & Associates' many, many other innocent victims...

Just to name a few:

Meredith Hope Emerson GA
John Bryant NC
Irene Bryant NC
Patrice Endres GA
Levi Frady GA
Michael Scott Lewis FL
Rosana Milana NC
Jason Knapp SC
Cayle Bywater GA

And the many unknown, due to the silence...

Did Hilton look like he'd lost weight in today's video?

When arrested Gary Michael Hilton, had 3 pellet pistols in his van. There were more located in his Fannin County, GA; Campsite/Staging Area, recently located by an alert hunter. GMH, kept some of his known victims alive and captive for days according to reports.

Is this why:

The Deadly Run movie was simply 'Art imitating Life'. The script of the movie mirrored the atrocities of Robert Hansen: dubbed the Alaskan Serial Killer..

Hunting the Hunter;
I began to get an idea of how Hansen operated, and it gave me a cold, sick feeling in my stomach. It seemed clear to me that he was definitely the killer, but he wasn't simply killing these women. I believed he was releasing them into the woods and then hunting them down like animals—and this proved to be the case...

Wolfscratch, these associates you're always mentioning. Why do you think that any way?

Yes. He looked bad. His eyes looked strange~wild, like he was strung out.

  • #389
What's the deal? I just re-listened and re-read - it only refers to "the judge" but no name. That's odd.

Yes. He looked bad. His eyes looked strange~wild, like he was strung out.

But he still didn't look tall and lanky, even with the weight loss.

Is it really possible that his stuff sat neatly stacked in that woods for close to two years undiscovered until now? I find that so hard to fathom.

Me too. How could it be so neat and readable after 2 years. Why haven't wildlife, or hunting dogs, or other humans messed with it before now? Somewhere it said this spot really wasn't that far into the woods, that makes it even more odd

Yes~Makes me think it was placed there to be found, just like the victims were.

Jennagirl,
Why did John Tabor, fail to call 911 on two separate occasions on 01/03/08, as any 6 year old would have done? Meredith Hope Emerson, was alive at the time the calls were made. After failing to call 911, why did he fail to immediately contact the GBI. The response time by the GBI to the Huddle House, where the phone call originated from was 'Four Hours.'
I personally confirmed this as well as the caller ID plainly displays 'Huddle House' on the receiving phone.

Jennagirl, GMH's eyes are the window to his soul. What you are seeing is pure evil...

No, according to my two sources that eye witnessed the cache, and the clothes, books, Trunk with Ranger's remains enclosed, etc. it was covered with plastic tarps and camaflauged with brush and limbs. You would have literally had to walk up on it to find it. The hunter was scouting deer signs and happened upon it.
There is obviously other incriminating evidence other that the ladies panties in the cache or GMH, would have alerted the GBI to its location on 01/07/08, during the interview.

Here is a link to one of the forums here at WS....Currently Awaiting Trial....you will find cases listed here where the murders occurred several years ago....and still no trials.:twocents:
Such is the state of our legal system, and it is due to appeals, not conspiracies.
What is happening with the Dunlap case happens all over our country.

Next, go to the forum here at WS for Trials, and you will see just how long it takes for cases to come to trial, no matter how heinous the crime.

It is helpful to look outside of the areas in which we live, to see how crimes are handled in the justice system. If one never looks outside of their own backyard, then it is easy to think of " conspiracies". Thanks to WS, we have the ability to examine crimes from all over.

GMH, is serving a life Sentence in GA. I am not curious as to the delayed trial date. My suspicion lies with the silence of the Judicial System, which is very unique to this defendent when comparing it to other cases and trials in Florida.

An attorney for the Tallahassee Democrat continued to press for release of documents in the Gary Michael Hilton murder case during a pretrial hearing Friday in Leon Circuit Court. Here is a link to that story out of Tallahassee, FL.

http://www.tallahassee.com/article/...kes+up+pretrial+evidence+closure++trial+dates

Thank you Clarity Matters. The Judge that presided over the Hearing is still Judge Lewis. One of the reasons that red flags are raised in the DP Trial of Gary Hilton, is that Judge Lewis, is normally a defender of the Constitution, specifically the 1st amendment. In this case, he has been legislating from the bench, IMO.
The only evidence or info released to the public was redacted beyond comprehension.
The Tallahassee Democrat should be applauded for their continued efforts.

And, as I said, Wolf, this is NOT unique to this case, if you look at other cases. Info lockdown, redacting all over the place. Why? To assure a fair trial by jury, to prevent cases being thrown out.
