Cheyenne Campbell is a fairly popular name, I found several, but none of them, by race or age, the missing young woman. I can find no records of her anywhere, courts, schools, social media.

I tried to search with both Cambell as reported , and Campbell, and couldn’t find anything at all either. Different persons. Also searched in Kansas and Maryland, a lot of Cambells in Kansas but could not find any link. It saying there isn’t, just that it is not evident.
This case is very strange. I wonder why there are so little details about both women.

The "please give us a call" tactic isn't working for LE clearly. JMO
It doesn't. its just a way for LE to pretend they are doing something while shifting the responsibility and blame elsewhere.

I don’t understand why they keep rerunning this same post, but haven’t bothered to do the basics and put her information in NAMUS, which is easy and fast and at least would let other LE know if they find anything in another city.

There is almost zero MSN coverage as well, just repeating the same little information.
This news report however, changes a bit the info. Before it was said she was with an unknown man, which may mean two things: unknown to family, or unknown to her.
Now this new news report says she told relatives she was going to an airbnb in Columbia with a man she did not know.
This makes quite a difference, yet we do not know if this reporting is correct.
Why would she go to an airbnb to someone she did not know? Was she homeless? Was it a job promise ?
A lot of unsaid in this story IMO.

JUST a guess but possibly a shared accommodation (room rental) airb&b -- so the "unknown man" is/was the HOST...merely a thought...scarey enough.

What is also worrying is the lack of additional photos, she may be looking different. On top of the very limited coverage, probably most people won’t know she is missing.
So sad

Sadly, this case seems one of the many that get forgotten and I could not find any update

This is a case that would really benefit from any family being willing to publicize it and give literally any additional details.
