Children who know they were stolen, finding themselves, but Moms not eager to find out....

There is a man on Facebook, in his late 40's, who says he knows he was stolen at 3. He has exposed all the people he believes were involved, which include his "adopted" mom. I gave him options of two possible missing kids at the time, Raymond Green and Jason Townsend.... He researched them. and he believes he is Raymond Green from GA. I guess a lady inquired to Raymond's Mother and allegedly she didn't even want to be involved. And i think it is because of the "maybe's" they had to deal with for all their lives.... (i told him i was writing this, you can msg/friend him on FB, "Phase Loc.")
But that is what i am getting to. Why would cops tortured these parents with claiming a kid could be theirs just to find out it is not?? To me, it seems they have done this on purpose so when the actual child does surface, he will not be believed. I find it horrible how they could even tell parents that we may have found you kid, getting the parents hopes up just to drop them to the floor! I think Cops do this on purpose. They have the means to identify a person before all of that unnecessary contact. But they did not.
So i just find it terribly sad, that this kidnapped child, now adult, will never find out who he is.
He is not the only one....
I recently figured out a stolen child case from a few decades ago. Honestly, i believe it was God who opened the case up to me... I don't know how to explain that though. I know 1000%, it is him. I verified "unknown facts." I turned the match in to doe network. But then i had a seriously bad feeling after i did it. I put 2 and 2 together, and understood more. On facebook i unknowingly had a friend who knew the family closely. Basically how i got those unknown answers... Anyways i relayed all my facts which including newspaper articles, pictures, and other media, to a family member. She showed her family and they all say the resemblance is there, and they also confirmed "things." The family member was excited just as much as i was! The stolen child, now adult, looks EXACTLY like one specific member of the family. I truly believe he knew who he was and was seeking his family, but not knowing where he came from, which was far from where he was at. ( i wish i could tell you how i know this, but i have to wait for them to act first) The stolen child-now adult just did not realize the blackmarket babies were gvmt affiliated....... And as i see it, he confided with "others" but it did not get him help, it made things worse for him. Still awaiting an outcome there.
I expected it to a quick reunion, because the family believes, knows, but maybe the Mom doesn't want to even know, it sure seems that way... As Mom and sons bday just passed. I thought it would be such a great present to all of them.... Nope, not yet.
And because of the circumstances, it may never even happen... I think it is sad to know these children who were stolen for illegal adoptions, (not all missing kids, just the stolen ones) do not seem to be wanted anymore by their families. I believe there needs to be a non-government affiliated resource for these stolen kids, to come to. I believe there are many out there who know they were stolen and they know they cannot trust anyone. And there is no help for them.
Using those two men as examples. One is practically untouchable right now. And the one on FB, "Phase Loc" is getting scared... he tells his story to people he thinks are going to help him, people in authority, but help is not what he is getting. He has been harassed, jumped and feels watched. And why? because he knows who the people are that did this, he knows the connection to his case, could get many in serious trouble. He is uncovering a ring, not knowing the big rabbit hole it goes down, and he is literally scared.... He is currently in a shelter but says "people" know where he is at. He is scared to even leave. He did delete some of his posts that showed peoples pictures and specifications of what they did. I told him it would be a good idea to do that. I believe this same thing may have also happened to the first man i mentioned as well, as he is "locked away." These now grown, stolen children need help now.
Also many years ago, I watched a video about homeless people (i cannot remember what it was) and a lady well in her 40's/early 50's claimed she knew she was a missing kid, but she refused to say anymore. And no follow up from anyone. I wish i could remember what video it was. But just maybe if there was a RESOURCE such as a phone number to call if they know they were a missing child/stolen child, and they can arrange for a temporary shelter, away from danger, it would be so ideal. I believe these other previous stolen/missing kids would come forward.
Because as i see it, right now, whoever tells authorities a truthful story and name names, they are in danger of exposing a world wide ring. And will likely be silenced, one way or another.
Does anyone understand what i am saying? Asking for?
I would really like to know if any of you know more of these kind of stories?
I believe there are still people out there, who want to come home....

A lot of these stories are from people with mental issues leading to paranoia and delusions. They do not intend to distress the families of missing children because they believe it to be true, but inevitably they do when they contact them claiming to be them.

Most families of high profile 'famous' missing kids will have to deal with these sort of claims, often for decades after. See the woman recently prosecuted for harassment for repeatedly contacting the parents claiming to be Madeline McCann.

They are not uncovering a conspiracy, they aren't ending up in mental hospitals or prisons or being followed to silence them. The cops and these missing family are not uninterested in solving these cases.

They are just people with an unfortunate form of paranoia and delusion that leads them to reject their real families and harass the the families of missing kids.

Oh i know some have!
But NOT all.

Fake people can ruin it for the honest ones....
And that is what has happened.
(and it happens in many subjects, not just missing kids cases)

So not letting the bad apple ruin the whole bunch, i believe there needs to be a place they can contact and do a DNA BEFORE even contacting any family members, before ANYTHING!! This would avoid all the unnecessary let downs, and unneeded pain! And if the people are just nut cases, they can get put in mental facilities! End of story, no one was hurt.

BTW, In the missing child's case, a uniformed policeman was involved... There are some things going on in this world, you may not be aware of. Anyways, this man, the grown child, was deemed a polite, soft spoken, and well mannered man. Not knowing exactly who he was, he told the wrong people things he remembered, thinking they would help... I believed he learned what not to say. He threw out hints that only his family would know but no one ever caught on. Things not known to anyone but his family.

Not all are fake.
As i see the Michelle Marie Newton case.... right?

Well, it's not that difficult. If someone honestly believes they are a long lost missing child contact NCMEC, the FBI or the agency handling the MP case. Take a DNA test on their own and submit it to the known online genealogy databases and give law enforcement permission to compare their DNA but cold cases. Most people won't do that because they know they're not the MP they are claiming to be and are only seeking attention.

Go through the proper channels and let the authorities get the information. If it's viable, the authorities will get in contact with the family.

I agree. People should be contacting the proper authorities with these types of tips as the first step.

Let the authorities vet the information. Don't reach out directly to the mother. (Unless for some reason the family has specifically requested tips from the public to be sent directly to them. Otherwise, let the authorities vet the information first.)

Remember that, even if well-intentioned, contacting the families directly can cause them pain.
