Violent predator Christopher Hubbart who committed dozens of rapes between 1971 and 1982 is to be released. He was declared a "sexually violent predator" in 1996 and was committed to state hospital for treatment.

He is a dangerous man and should not be released to live near schools and a park. The Los Angeles courts cannot put the public in danger like this.

Objections to his release can be submitted to the LA district Attorney's office until November 29th at the following email: address from the link below: [email protected]

Hope I put this thread in the right forum sorry if I did not.

There is more about him in the link below:

A Santa Clara judge on Friday chose Lake Los Angeles as the tentative location where Christopher Hubbart, the so-called Pillowcase Rapist, will live once he is released from Coalinga State Hospital.

Hubbart’s new address in the 17000 block of Laredo Vista Drive (map) is compliant with Jessica’s Law conditions, according to Santa Clara County Court spokesman Joseph Macalusco.

The video on the article Blondie posted says the Judge will hold a hearing in May, in San Jose, so folks can voice their opinions. I hope there is a strong turnout.

I wonder if I can write the DA up there and he/she can read my letter in court?

Christopher Evans Hubbart holed up inside his small home in the desert outside Palmdale and almost never left. He knew his neighbors hated him.

When the notorious serial rapist moved in two years ago, shock and fear settled into the community. It wasn’t enough, some neighbors said, that he’d had years of intense treatment or that he was under the constant watch of cameras and live-in guards. They wanted him back behind bars. On Tuesday, they got their wish.

Santa Clara County court spokesman Joseph Macaluso said officials with Liberty Healthcare, a state contractor overseeing Hubbart’s conditional release, contacted the court Tuesday to tell them that he had “failed to meet the terms” of his release. Hubbart’s attorney didn’t return calls for comment. Under the conditions of his release — detailed in a 16-page document — Hubbart agreed to several restrictions, including wearing a GPS bracelet, not associating with other convicts and avoiding television shows, movies or digital media that “act as stimulus to arouse.”

“Angry Los Angeles residents said they vow to 'scream and fight' until convicted 'Pillowcase Rapist' Christopher Hubbart is pushed out of their community or back in prison.

Hubbart, who admitted to raping and sexually assaulting about 40 women in California, is scheduled to be released next month in the small unincorporated town of Juniper Hills - about an hour north of LA - after a judge granted him 'conditional release'.”

I can’t believe that this monster is going to be released again. He is a very dangerous predator who should be in jail for the rest of his life. It is understandable how horrified and incensed the citizens of Juniper Hill must be feel about him moving into their community.

He’s released. He’s less than 2 miles from my mom’s home. It’s an elder mostly community. Lots of older people walking with sticks, horses. It looks like this guy who escalated each time he was released was in Atascadero the overlapped with Lawrence Bittikar (tool box duo killers) /Kemper. along with other notorious criminals- how do we know he didn’t do more? Linking his history of escalation, even reoffending the same day as prior release. Why is he out?

Please help me spread awareness. This is my childhood home. Any guidance? I’d like to create a PSA on YouTube but I’m not a creator. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance. (Sources linked)

i 100% believe in rehabilitation and think our system here in the US is pretty backwards, but this man assaulted around 40 women. FORTY. 4-0. so many other things wrong here too but that sheer volume is terrifying. that’s only the ones he’s admitted, could be higher i understand. i genuinely wonder if you can rehabilitate this?

hi, this must be terrifying + stressful for you. sorry you’re going through it. i’m not advocating for any vigilante justice here, but i’m from appalachia and my first thought goes to local biker clubs that advocate for abuse victims by offering community support in a variety of ways that include neighborhood watch. other than your due diligence with local law enforcement, i think you can find some help for your community within.

eta: forgot to add to maybe even contact your local news station and blast this guys info everywhere. he should be a registered SO therefore his info is public knowledge and imo, ok to signal boost on social media for safety
