I am unable to watch the videos of Cindy posted above. Just looking at the pictures of her sitting there brings back horrid memories of Jeff and Jacksonville, Tampa and Zanny, the car accident (that never was), Caylee's "father" who died somewhere, north of Florida, in route to her Birthday party and on and on...Can't wait for next Thursday to get here !

As painful as it is to watch it's a great refresher for the upcoming questioning.

I am frequently close enough to say something to her at the hearings. I would like to say a few words that hit home, but have no idea what to say. Something to which there would be no reply. Not argumentative, just something true.Like "poor little Caylee".

Amil, you don't have to say a word. Get a poster size photo of Caylee and carry it with you to the hearings...that might shake her..IMO

I wanted GA to do this ever since he held Caylee's photo when he was begging for Caylee's autopsy report sealed...that was the only time he had Caylee's photo with him...but if you carry a huge poster sized one, maybe just maybe you'd get a rise out of CA...then you can say, poor, precious Caylee!

Here's one of my favorites...Casey trying to explain to LE that she came to Universal to look for Caylee, it being a "familiar place" and all...at which point Det. Allen says, "what did you think she would take a taxi here" ? Sorry if OT, I couldn't help myself.

Believable that Cindy only called 911 to get LE there quicker when her utterance was that her granddaughter's been missing for 31 days, and "it smells like there's been a dead body in the damn car"?????:waitasec: I don't see it.

Me neither, LinasK. I believe once Cindy blurted out her true feelings, and Casey was arrested, she realized what had transpired and quickly attempted to take back the words by negating them. "I didn't really mean that!" Too bad, Cindy, it's too late to retract it. It DID (and probably still does) stink to high heaven. Too many other witnesses (and forensic tests) have corroborated it.

Until ICA uttered to LA that she hasn't seen Caylee in 30 days, is when CA put two and two together, IMO...she must have had that eerie feeling that the smell in the car was connected to Caylee and her not being in the custody of her mother for that month...Next she uttered, CASEY, what have you done??? So deep inside her heart, IMO, she knew what ICA was capable of.

Since the state had decided to put the DP on the table, CA needed to turn things around, even at the risk of her own freedom, for all the LE interveiws, they both said (CA/GA), we've lost one child and don't want to loose another. So they knew the ultimate penalty for ICA could be death by lethal injection. So, they have been on a crusade to save ICA's life...but at what cost???

I also feel as if Baez has commissoned them to do/say things that can potentially harm the jury pool and create reasonable doubt, for that's all they have....JMHO

I'm bummed...I just looked at my calendar and realized my daughter has a doctor appointment on the 15th, and I can't get out of it. Dang it!

I know all of you watching will give great detail on the hearing...it's a moral imperative!

I watch my young children tell stories to get out of trouble or just to put things a certain way...they don't realize they are lying (4-7 yos) Just spin it different...more details...change details...spin it this way...

As I watch her in the videos it is like she has no concept of anyone being able to check up on her stories or that they even would. I don't think she is lying and being deceitful on purpose just trying to spin things the way that will work best today.

I don't think the Judge is going to buy it...I don't think the jury is going to buy it.

I think we will hear "Bear in mind Ms. Anthony that you are under oath..." "Bear in mind Ms. Anthony you need to be truthful" Maybe even...

Yes. That is CA's belief. But she also believes KC was an excellent mother, that LE, FBI, SA and the media are all against her daughter who is innocent. KC has spoken some mistruths, stolen money from friends and family and likes to party at the expense of her child but she's just a normal 20 plus kid, nothing abnormal about her. All CA had was KC and Caylee. They were all that mattered to her. She can't bring back Caylee (only as a STILL missing child) but KC CA feels she has to bring back home no matter what she has to do to get her there. CA can't hide how she feels and everyone can see that. jmo

I would take bets if I knew what to wager.

My prediction is, if CA shows up, and I think she will, CA will at some point on the stand go into her grieving grandmother routine and accuse the state of deliberately setting this date out of spite to pay her back because she was too smart to be tricked by LE into saying what they were trying to force her to.

I still have an unused plane ticket to FL, and am seriously thinking about using it.

2. CA's leg positions do not concern me. It is a weight thing, IMO. When an "ahem" "heavier" person sits forward to a table from a flat chair (try it) your front dunloppedover part tends to push (think hang here ewwwe) down and the legs naturally spread. PLEASE do NOT ask me how I know this. But I have seen many many men and women sit this way because of weight. They were not being sexual. Just comfortable.

3. Whoever posted above that Cindy would not be able to answer a "yes" "no" question successfully...After re-viewing the interviews, I agree. I think she will dissemble to the point of her own frustration.

Her inability to answer simply yes or no is great for the state. The more she opens her mouth the tighter she ties the noose around KC's neck. JMO
