In my eyes they are in their own "self created hell" - When you lie and try to manipulate public opinion to free someone who was indicted as a BABY KILLER, you will be in hell on earth.

Losing Caylee does not seem to bother them near as much as saving KC. That to me is abominable

Karma is not pretty in cases like this.

Their hell started the minute they realized Caylee was missing. That's when their world started falling apart and it has compounded ever since. I, for one, believe they will continue believing Caylee is alive until they receive the evidence found in the trunk of Casey's car and it turns out to be conclusive that Caylee is deceased. So far, this evidence has not been released to Casey'a attorney and, therefore, they continue to hope against all odds that Caylee is alive. I do not fault them for that. Is it wrong for them to love both Caylee and Casey? Not in my opinion.

Geez, more of the same old same old from CA. Her denial, her own b/s, George with the "Casey is a great daughter, will always be a great daughter" and it's all the media's fault. Enough already.

No judge in this land would even entertain any lawsuit - first it doesn't impede their life or making a living (they did this to themselves), it hasn't harmed them (they did this to themselves) and there is the freedom of speech. Any lawsuit of this kind would get thrown out faster than it was filed.

AND most blogging sites don't have poster name, address, phone, etc. 95% of blogging sites are anonymous anyways

Yeah, we saw how well that worked in the Anna Nichole Smith case when HKS tried suing bloggers. I have to say they nailed him good, but it would not stand up in court.

Lets not forget Cindy going to the tow yard manager and tow truck driver and telling them what they actually saw and smelled - arguing with them about what happened - ALSO calling Casey's friends after the first arrest to tell them what to say to LE and not to believe LE

I believe some of this happened after supenoas were given

So yeah she has tampered with evidence and witnesses

Tim Miller, working with LE, was in Orlando searching for Caylee. Cindy ALMOST got him to call off the search by feeding him bogus info about Caylee being in TX. LE had to step in and straighten this mess out.

George strongly insinuated some neighbor kid stole the gas cans from his shed. I'm not privy to what he told LE about this, but from the aftermath, my assumption is he wasn't initially up front with them about what actually happened with the gas cans.

Cindy and the tow truck driver. Cindy saying she heard Casey talking to Caylee July 15th.

A neighbor narced out Casey about borrowing the shovel. Just a few weeks ago, George was giving an interview, where to me, at first, it sounded like he was going to go to the neighbors and apologize for all the disruptions going on, but it seemed to turn into how he was going to give them a piece of his mind about saying/thinking Casey did something to Caylee.

There has been some debate on whether 2 guys who allegedly pushed Casey's car into the Amscot lot even exist. Because of a lot of the antics displayed by mostly Cindy, but also George, I can very easily see them deciding, if they do exist, to keep their mouths shut and stay the he!! out of it.
IMO, this is impeding the investigation.

As far as that goes, I'd like to see the witness list for the check cashing trial, too. Who could they possibly get to testify for her?

Ok...I'll ask again...if they have this loving relationship with their daughter, how come they haven't visited her? Nothing would stop me from seeing my daughter if I believed in her innocence. Guess, that's just me.

The Anthony's would have to go after the website allowing liabel statements to happen - IF this was the case then CNN, Fox News, Orlando Sentinal, WESH, etc. would all be in the lawsuit - almost ALL news sites, sites such as this, crime blogs, personal blogs, etc. has something about this case AND zillion of other cases, political blogs, etc.

It's called freedom of speech and freedom of the press

Cindy has a lot more important things to take care of - if she commented on this, then her priorities need to be adjusted
