...and how bad would it look after all the expert testimony is given that the grandmother will equate her beloved granddaughter's decomposing body to garbage? Cindy will no longer garner sympathy as the grieving grandmother. IMO
I had real trouble seeing Casey get the death penalty before. Not anymore.

She could, but I think they will focus in on her years of lying and getting no help from the parents and they may even bring in the sexual abuse theory that Casey alleges (which is I would wager 100% false).

If CA had a telephone number, and address for ZFG you can bet that she would have been in her SUV driving like a maniac to pick Caylee up. There was no ZFG therefore there was no telephone number or address. CA had plenty of phone numbers for KC's friends, but did she ever call any of them to ask if they saw KC or Caylee...NO! KC called RP during the time she was gone from the house. Why didn't CA call RP and tell him she was worried that she hadn't seen KC or Caylee, after all both GA, and CA were very close to RP. CA knew where JG lived why didn't she go talk to him? There are too many doors that CA, and GA could have opened to help find KC, and Caylee. I believe the MySpace page that CA wrote to KC on July 3rd was brewing for quite sometime in CA's head before she wrote it. As CA, and GA stated they never were apart from Caylee for more than 24 hours, so if that is to be believed CA, and GA knew something was wrong on the 25th hour. I'm not buying any of their stories about KC, and Caylee taking a vacation together. Vacations cost money which KC did not have, and both CA, and GA knew it. There were so many flags flying it looked like the United Nations building.

What about the Brittany interview (friend who lived a few houses down) where she says Lee calls her one day thinking this is a number for someone else and Brittany says hi Lee, its me Brittany and she said Lee was furiious that Casey gave him a bogus number.

Its incredible the bs this family expects people to swallow because THEY ARE WILLING TO.

Cindy has decided to "go crazy" and expects George and Lee to accompany her. George is so doing, not sure about Lee - he has distanced himself. curious what he thinks about the sexual allegations by Casey. Now we know he has to be angry about that.

I'm afraid, then, Casey doesn't have a prayer.

When CA told one person in her office about the dead body smell that is enough for me. Who says you need to tell 5, 10 or 20 people about the dead body smell in the trunk? The jury only needs one person to verify CA said that to them. IMO

Sadly I think that by this point in his life he is pretty much numb and immune to the various indignities and horrors that his sister inflicts on him and his family. He was long ago broken to the will and the abuses of the women in his family.

Ha. It makes no sense because she did call the number IMO, and that's one of the reasons she was so freaked out.

On July 3 at 11:52 a.m., Cindy called a 321 number, which I speculate was an fake number given to her by Casey as "Zanny"'s number, because it was created by switching two sets of digits in a real number belonging to a friend of Casey. After calling this number (which was a real phone number of some guy who lived in Texas but had a 321 cell phone), Cindy must have realized it was not really "Zanny"'s number at all--either the Texas guy answered and said "wrong number" when she asked for Zanny, or she got a voice mail message with a male voice on it, etc. What does Cindy do after 11:52 am on July 3? She panics, spending the rest of the day trying to track down Casey, running out to Universal to "pick up Caylee", calling Fusian nightclub, calling Casey's friends, sending Lee out on a recon mission to Orlando hot spots, and finally writing her "My Caylee Is Missing" MySpace message when none of the above worked. This phone call seems to have triggered all the activity.

Then let's look at Cindy's phone activity on July 15, the day her universe collapsed. Cindy called 911 for the first time at 8:08 pm, then for the second time at 8:44 pm. Both times she was fairly calm and going on more about her "stolen" car than anything else. At 9:25 pm, she attempts to call the fake 321 number again. Why? IMO the conversation was going something like this, after Casey finally "admitted" that Zanny had taken Caylee:

Cindy: You gave me a fake number for Zanny! I tried it and it didn't work!

KC: MOM! Why don't you ever believe me?! That's Zanny's number! The guy who answered was obviously Zanny's boyfriend and he was lying to you because he knows Zanny stole Caylee! Sheesh! Don't you watch any soap operas??

So Cindy called the number again, presumably with the same results as the last time. Within 15 minutes of that call, she is calling 911 again, this time in absolute hysterics over Caylee having been kidnapped and the car smelling like a dead body. Then the cops show up and Cindy calls her boss from Gentiva and cries that she doesn't know what she will do if the baby's dead.

IMO, Casey's house of cards of lies came crashing down for Cindy at 9:25 pm on July 15, when she suddenly realized that Zanny did not exist.

AZ - great post re cindy calling. Can I ask you where you got the information. Not that I am disputing it, I just don't have the time to go searching.

So when the prosecutors are interviewing Cindy and George and they say the did not call Zanny, you are saying they have this number and would know that she called it. I know they ask b oth Cindy and George about it. Do we ever find out what number it is that she is calling.

I got the information by reading Cindy's phone records, which were released. I do have the full number, but I don't want to post it and have everyone calling the guy in Texas or implying that he is Zanny.

I remember reading about that poor guy and the calls. So much information, so little brain space left to remember everything. Thanks, AZ

Wow AzLawyer, rocking post and absolutely unbelievable when you think of it! How can any parent/grandparent continue to lie after this? CA cannot believe that she will be able to lie herself out of all of this?!

Oh My..............:banghead:

IS that pizza on top of the box. The forensic report of the trunk says NO PIZZA found. What is that? Thanks Nore.

That is a Velveeta Shells and Cheese box on top of the pizza box. The forensic report is correct, NO PIZZA was found.

321 area code is in the Orlando area. What does Texas have to do with this. Thanks.

I think they are saying it's a cell phone registered to someone in Texas. People sometimes have cell numbers with different area codes then where they currently live. I numerous friends that move and never change their cell numbers.

Thank you so much. I still can't wait to see these ***** on the stand. George had the audacity to ask Drane-Burdick what the relevance was of asking his friends last name and the Judge quickly intervened and said they want the name. These people are borderlines.

Exactly! When I moved from Mo to Ut I still had my same cell phone with a contract that wouldn't be up for about a year. It was a bit confusing for some people here when I would give them my cell # but I'd just explain that it was the correct number for me. After my contract was up then I signed up for a new phone with a new company and then I got my new Ut # :)

I sure hope that the poor guy has changed his number by now.

I agree with both post. It could be that Cindy called several people searching for Casey. I always wondered if CA & GA knew what happen and CA was just afraid that Casey would crack before following the so called script (theory/what if). CA would know that if LE found Caylee to soon they would be able to figure out the cause of death. Maybe this was all played out. I will never forget the look in Casey's eyes in that Jail visit with CA when she was arrested early on. When CA asked Casey what her involvement was. Casey freaked out and answered the question with a question, as if CA knew the answer already. Cindy is trying to recant her statements in that 911 call, but IMO it will not work. We have to also remember that George and Lee told LE that the car smelled/reeked of decomposition. George couldn't even breath while on the drive home from the smell and he told Cindy about the smell as well if I recall.

:waitasec: Also, when Police testified at Casey Anthony`s, bail hearing the officer said her car smelled like a decomposing body. I wonder if George, Lee, and Cindy were also called that day and what they had to say about the smell in the car. If so, and if Cindy also mentioned the smell then wouldn't she be perjuring herself now? :waitasec:

Also, Under oath in the FBI interviews George and Lee said car smelled.

There is an interview with Debbie P and LE in the new document dump. I can't remember if we have seen this exact interview before or not. It starts on page 14813.

Cindy said (to Debbie) that she didn't know what she'd do if Caylee was dead, the night of the 15th. Page 14824-25

The quote that made my jaw drop was as follows:

Debbie: (Cindys boss) telling YM their conversation after Cindy tells her the car smells....

"Oh Cindy, Oh My God, did you open the trunk???"
"AND SHE WOULDN'T ANSWER ME."

Cindys boss asked her specifically if she opened the trunk AND CINDY WOULD NOT ANSWER HER.
Why? Why did she have to be badgered to go home?

The hairs on the back of neck stood up when I read this.
