I didn't see anyone say anything about where she might have been, so I'm going to give you my opinion. On the nights she wasnt with Tony I think she was staying in the woods where Caylee was found. With all the stuff they found there, the pull-up and sodas and pizza boxes....it's just my opinion though.

I am not a nurse but I am trying to figure out how in the heck Cindy believed this car accident with severe injuries story? and then kicking back at the Hard Rock within 3 days of the accident.

I am and I can't either LOL! She believed KC was a virgin with as yet undiagnosed female troubles at her brothers wedding. But then again, she tells the FBI that KC borrowed classical music tapes like Mozart from her so that she could play them to her fetus throughout her pregnancy.
Cindy won't be a Nurse for long with all these whopping lies on public record.

I'm guessing that KC's texting and calling lessened during the hours Tony wasn't in school after Casey moved in with Tony on June 16. She had to cook, watch movies and give Tony attention after the lights went out.

Before June 16, KC was on the phone, texting or instant messaging ALL the time. Even until 3 a.m.

Everything Cindy told the FBI about her relationship with KC, Casey's wanting to do nothing but play with Caylee, Casey only spending an hour or so a night on the computer...it is all contradicted by computer and cell phone forensics and witness testimony.

However, Cindy and Lee were right about KC's phone pattern changing in the middle of June. KC spent some time OFF of the phone, during sleeping hours, when she lived with Tony. WS has a thread about the change in KC's sleeping pattern after the middle of June.

Good Lord, I couldn't get to the end of part 1..I had to stop reading

All I can say at this moment is just how in the hay Cindy thought what Casey told her were clues???
Knock, knock, knock on wood. Hellllooo they weren't clues...Casey's stories and lies were all based on info from the lives of those poor unfortunate souls that befriended her.

IMO Casey's stories/lies have Cindy's head spinning round and round and round and she can't see the truth from all the lies she has been fed.

Casey tried to Call Cindy @ 4:11 (2x) 4:13 (2x) and 4:25 each call was 0 to 3 sec long.
Casey tries calling Cindy’s cell again @ 6:31 & 6:32 no answer 1st time & 3 sec. the 2nd time. At 6:32 Casey finally reaches Cindy @ the Anthony home. The call lasts 17 sec.
7:06pm Casey calls Cindy at home, they talk for 1min. 38 sec.

Cindy say’s she had left a voice mail for Casey earlier in the day and that Casey called her back. Told Cindy about the accident, said it happened on I-75. Juliette checked back into the hotel with Caylee and Annabelle and was entertaining them. Raquel’s mom was coming from Jacksonville to pick Raquel up. Casey stayed to take care of Zani.

Zani’s sister brought Zani’s mother to the hospital but forgot her meds so they had to go back home. Zani wasn’t released so Casey stayed with her again. Cindy said in their conversation she had words with Casey that it was Zani’s family’s obligation to take care of Zani and not Caseys. Caseys responsibility was Caylee. (Should have been a lengthy conversation)

One of the odd things to me is the call- no answer- hang up- wait 2 seconds- repeat. There are also a lot of very short calls. Makes me wonder if CA and KC were fighting on most of these days and hanging up on each other or calling over and over again to irritate the other one enough to make them answer the phone.

Remember that Casey told her mother and Brittany that KC was stealing from the house at this time. She was most likely checking to see who was where so she could go to the house.

haven't read this whole thread so forgive me if this was asked or mentioned...(and ive wondered this for awhile) but does anyone think casey was ever using or trying to figure out her "call forwarding" service? they do have AT&T. seems like something that would come in handy for casey but don't know what or how.

Quick education on ATT call forwarding. Don't do it because you are charged minutes from the time the call to your ATT phone goes to the designated number forwarded and you are charged minutes while you are on the call.

Many people don't understand this and when they get a huge overage bill of usage they are shocked to learn it was because they used call forwarding.

Also ICA had her own phone plan and no doubt those large monthly bills were due to her using the Internet. I noticed that when reviewing the bank statements. AT&T sucks up data going to Facebook, my space and utube.

I can't wait to see the SAOs chart showing the correlations to all the lies told by the As. It's gonna be color coded so even JB can follow without :waitasec:.

thank you! i'm a HUGE family guy fan and my sig is from the newest one where lois's dad had come up with a list of what he claimed are great sentences and that was one of them. me and my husband immediately looked at each other and lol'd almost uncontrollably. we despise her now so that's why.
but back to casey. i guess we'll get to hear what AT&T has to say at trial. i'm sure it'll be over baez's head like most things. so i wonder how call forwarding would benefit her in all this.

it shouldn't do that if you pay a monthly service charge for it. anyone can use it but it will charge like that if you don't choose to have the service and not pay the monthly service charge. i use it all the time. i have my home phone go to my cell for almost a year now, no extra charges cause i have the service.
