Cindy's FBI Interview Compared with Casey's Cell Phone Records

it shouldn't do that if you pay a monthly service charge for it. anyone can use it but it will charge like that if you don't choose to have the service and pay the monthly service charge. i use it all the time. i have my home phone go to my cell for almost a year now, no extra charges cause i have the service.

It's when you forward your ATT cell phone to a landline or another cell phone that charges are incurred. I too have my home landline number forwarded to my i4 phone when I am gone from my home. Nadda problem :dance:. I remember we all just went "WHAT!!!!" when we saw ICA's cell phone bills. There are several old, very old threads about it in the archives.

Quick education on ATT call forwarding. Don't do it because you are charged minutes from the time the call to your ATT phone goes to the designated number forwarded and you are charged minutes while you are on the call.

Many people don't understand this and when they get a huge overage bill of usage they are shocked to learn it was because they used call forwarding.

Also ICA had her own phone plan and no doubt those large monthly bills were due to her using the Internet. I noticed that when reviewing the bank statements. AT&T sucks up data going to Facebook, my space and utube.

I can't wait to see the SAOs chart showing the correlations to all the lies told by the As. It's gonna be color coded so even JB can follow without :waitasec:.

We must have a different service in Canada, at least different rates. I forward my business line to my cell and the calls transfer immediately. Since my minutes on my cell never exceed my plan - I don't pay anything on the transfers at all. And the CF service is part of the emails(4)data, etc., bundled service for which I pay six dollars a month. Blah blah, text text text, email, email, document send and receive and more yakety yak = 90 - $100 dollars a month.

I remember seeing the call & text logs........but not the BILLAGE/PAYMENT logs.

Was ICA cell phone in her name only? On a plan with her parents? (if it was that should have been a 'red flag' to the parents.....esp/since she claimed to need the phone for work). Has there ever been any documents released showing 'monthly chgs and billed to whom and how they were payed? Payments: exp: Online, via check/cash etc. TIA (We know that she tried to pay online via Amy's checking acct).

Then there is the "My Caylee is Missing" letter written by Cindy. I highlighted the part where she is definitely worried. In fact, worried enough to ask 'who is now watching out for the little angel'. Caylee was supposedly with Casey so she shouldn't be concerned. A mother with her daughter is a natural, normal thing unless the mother happens to be Casey and Cindy knew she was incapable of taking care of her.

“She came into my life unexspectedly, just as she has left me. This precious little angel from above gave me strength and unconditional love. Now she is gone and I don’t know why. All I am guilty of is loving her and providing her a safe home. Jealousy has taken her away. Jealousy from the one person that should be thankfull for all of the love and support given to her. Upon re-reading this, it is obvious that Cindy has spoken to one of Casey's "friends" who has told her that this is what Casey has said. Which of Casey's "friends" would have spoken to Cindy and told her this? (Probably that very day)

She was referring to the night of June 15, Father's Day night, as she says this was the last time she saw Caylee, because she'd left for work early June 16 and didn't see her, but "heard her breathing" as she listened at the door. Casey's cell pings at home, she was on the phone with Tony till late hours. I think in his deposition he said he was trying to convince her to come over that night but I'd have to go back and check and am at work at the moment.

It was discussed when trying to figure out exactly when Caylee was last seen alive. George claims the morning of the 16th, but his story on that has been shifty at best.

I saw it posted multiple times here at WS during the past year, but never watched it because I always assumed it was CA's voice from her interviews dubbed over a cartoon. So I never watched (can you blame me? I can't stand her inane babble). I watched it twice in a row and am still rollin' and aching on my sides. Oh my...I can't believe I didn't watch this sooner!

Casey tried to Call Cindy @ 4:11 (2x) 4:13 (2x) and 4:25 each call was 0 to 3 sec long.
Casey tries calling Cindy’s cell again @ 6:31 & 6:32 no answer 1st time & 3 sec. the 2nd time. At 6:32 Casey finally reaches Cindy @ the Anthony home. The call lasts 17 sec.
7:06pm Casey calls Cindy at home, they talk for 1min. 38 sec.
These are the only times Casey talked to Cindy

Cindy say’s she had left a voice mail for Casey earlier in the day and that Casey called her back. Told Cindy about the accident, said it happened on I-75. Juliette checked back into the hotel with Caylee and Annabelle and was entertaining them. Raquel’s mom was coming from Jacksonville to pick Raquel up. Casey stayed to take care of Zani.

Casey said they were getting ready to leave the hospital but Zani began having complications, punctured lung and fractured rib but that the lung was not fully collapsed. Zani’s sister brought Zani’s mother to the hospital but forgot her meds so they had to go back home. Zani wasn’t released so Casey stayed with her again. Cindy said in their conversation she had words with Casey that it was Zani’s family’s obligation to take care of Zani and not Caseys. Caseys responsibility was Caylee. (Should have been a lengthy conversation)
