There was another recent case we followed here of a man from southern MO who died mysteriously in AR. The state did the same thing in that case. Most of the details of the death and investigation were never revealed. Strange state, JMO.

One look at his mug shot answers for me whether he should be anywhere without restraints. Hell to the no. Hidden ones, fine. But no restraints? No way. Give him a zap belt, do not leave him free range.

I'd be terrified to sit within his reach. Hopefully the judge will rule in the interest of everyone's safety.
