Yep and I'm not surprised. The PT is doing an excellent job in their summation and McGee is falling flat. I thought McGee would be the stronger one between he and Maline so I'm confident Raj won't be helping their guilty client. 104/9 - 92%

No, I think it is important because as the judge reminded them, DK was not easy to be found. So it was not right for the DT to bash the state for not calling them when they didn't either.

Wrong. Nothing of the sort came from the discussion among judge, PT and DT. And, Judge corrected himself in front of the jury.

Actually it makes the DT look bad for trying to sneak it in despite the judge's ruling. If the jurors had any doubt about the honesty of the DT it's crystal clear now. By nature people dislike attorneys and this is one of the reasons why.
