Wrong. Nothing of the sort came from the discussion among judge, PT and DT. And, Judge corrected himself in front of the jury.

The judge was clear in his explanation to the jury that DK couldn't be found. This does not bode well for the PT.

I think you are imagining that in your head. No one said that the PT was hiding DK or even hinted as much.

Wrong again. The Defense and their weak expert claimed DK couldn't be found because so-called PI sat outside a couple of residences for a couple hours. Onus was NOT on PT to look for DK. DK was a DT witness.

There was never mention of PT hiding DK in judge's ruling. One can not create facts in evidence that do not exist. Have an opinion, but don't spin it as fact or evidence.

The PT's objection implied this, there was no point or benefit in them doing so, the bell can't be unrung. IMO, it was a tactical error, they would have been better off not objecting in the first place.

I feel admiration, respect and sadness for this jury that has had to endure four months of pathetic courtroom justice as demonstrated by defense team, the loosely controlled court, and nonsensical witnesses.....and, on occasion by PT. Thankfully, the prosecution pulled itself together for closing. Defense is worthless.
