Respectfully, Maline is not just Maline. He is unqualified for his job. McGee may think his schtick is Mr Cool, but he fails miserably. I am shocked that the state of CA doesn't have more qualified court appointed attorneys.

Why would he have had his boarding pass anymore? Who keeps their boarding passes after their trip is over? Some people who make scrap books maybe. Otherwise you just toss them.

Exactly. And we know katy that even if he still had it the defense would be saying he left and came back and it doesn't prove where he was on the 4th. It's a farce.

I am sure I am not alone in this but my
Boarding pass never makes it off the plane once I board. I just leave it in the seat pocket as you don’t need it once you are on board.
