It’s a fascinating case! Although I thought the trial was to begin in the next week or two and I am headed to the area Wednesday for vacation. I will check that thread and see if there is indeed a delay. Hopefully the trial runs smoother than this one and it’s uber beneficial that Florida has the Sunshine Laws and I so wish we had access to all the docs in all these cases!

One never knows but I’m hopefully optimistic that this jury will be back in a timely manner with a guilty verdict!
