Listening to this I pray that jury believes that the burglary of the .25 gun was a sham and that JA took it to carry out her plan

Yes...there are way too many considerations for the lesser charges which can be very confusing. Let's hope this jury gets it right. :please:

Good gosh, all these considerations are confusing as heck!

I still trust she will get first degree
juan goes first and we know he's powerful
than the DT and
FINALY the last word dear juan
WILL BRING IT HOME

BTW many appeals have been won due to what is happening right now- the reading of jury instructions. I'm not pleased she added so many lesser degree charges but it will save the case from reversal on appeal.

There is NO way this jury will not agree on 1st degree murder. They can decide on 1st degree felony murder or premeditated murder. Do not have to be unanimous on one theory.

NO WAY they won't reach 1st. No way, no how. Mark my words.

I hope you are right. However, the Caylee trial ruined such optimism in me.

Have to skim, probably missed alot, sorry if this has been asked and answered - who are the people in the front row defense side, in front of JA's Mom and Grandma? I thought they usually got the front row, but it looked like there were a few people sitting in front of them when I saw them pan the defense side. TIA!

So far so good......

They don't need to agree to felony murder or premeditated murder. Both would allow them to convict for 1st degree murder! AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

!!!

I just realized JA and Nurmi are wearing BLUE today!!!

  • #850
I probably won't post much once the closings start so I can listen (to Juan). I just want to say that I love Juan and buh-bye, JA!!!!!

The lesser charges keep mentioning this fictional "reasonable person." I don't see one in this perpetrator.

webinar, need it for CEU's, that typing is you submitting questions to the moderator
try that

Darn it! He caught me off guard and I said I was doing dictation...lol. We do all of our CLE by phone (heaven forbid we leave the office) so that would have been perfect!! :banghead:

This **** about domestic violence again.
I'm having a breakdown.

Ms. Wilmott does not look too happy today. Probably being unable to jump up and object to the judge and stomp around is having an adverse affect on her.....

  • #856
Bet JA ain't reading.....she's dying inside.

Oh, I disagree. She is even turning pages before the judge does, but at the appropriate times. She is reading the instructions very carefully. If she looks weak or worn down, it's just another act, IMO. She is strong and a fierce fighter, as we saw by her slaughter of Travis.

  • #857
OMG! Past acts of domestic violence

  • #858
OMG is the DV instructions normal?

  • #859
