I think JM and detective Flores are going to be life long friends. I love to see them smile together :)

Juan Martinez:
There has been days of premeditation but if you just take the scene itself, and we will discuss the jury instructions that tells you it just requires a space of time and killing somebody 3 times over has built into it a space of time. Irrespective of which event you think happened first or happened last (it's the states position that the stabbing happened first because of the forensic evidence blood spatter evidence that is upstairs) either way she killed him 3 times over.

Hopefully the jury listens to his words above.

There is no way this jury will come back with anything less than 1st murder after this closing, just WOW-Juan has brought it home for the jury!!!!

I agree-The DT can not fix this!!

I'm watching the split screen, seeing JA red faced crying, not really trying to hide her face with her hair, trembling, and, I'm thinking....what the heck is she crying for? She doesn't remember any of it, so she has said.....it can't be sympathy....what shame? Self-pity? I thought, any second she's going to jump up and yell, OKAY, I DID IT! I wanted him dead! She might restore some self- respect if she did that. Then at other times I thought, watch, she's going to faint, keel over onto the floor. So I guess her tears... it's all about drama. Jodi drama.

I wouldn't even be able to TALK to Jodi. What a monster.

Jodi gets right back to her drawing and erasing. Too bad that she can't rub out what she did to Travis.

I adore how JM has been giving his closing argument which so much quiet dignity - especially when describing the killing. Before lunch he was getting a little hyper. He tamped it down after lunch, and it's been better.

But someone please paraphrase how he brought up the gopher a few minutes ago...I missed it.

Is he gonna get busted on the rental car mistake?

Doesn't matter, probably since the DT has someone reading the boards. But they can't present new evidence in their closing, and he doesn't need that piece of information for premeditation or the lying, he has a plethora of examples.

If JM hasn't mentioned the palm print yet, he might still to wrap up the where her finger got cut and the proof on the wall.

Yes, he left a few things out but the jury will get all the forensic evidence.
