I had to work a flight shortly after the afternoon break. Then I just turn my TV on and someone is saying there are 2 walmarts where the gas cans are purchased. I have purchased something at one walmart and returned it to another, and paid with credit and got cash back withing the last 6 months. Is defense gonna go there? Did Juan wrap it up? Gaaaahhh, I am running down to the hotel bar to grab a wine to go, come back and catch up.

Even if he does say she returned it to another Wal-Mart, when she filled up, didn't she purchase exactly enough for the car's gas tank capacity plus enough for 3 gas cans? If she only had two cans, where would she put the extra 5 gallons she purchased? I doubt Nurmi wants JM to have a chance to mention that on JM's 2nd part of closing.

Do we know for sure that Jodi brought the CDs? Sure she said she did. But I'm not really considering that premeditation since idk if she made that up. I think there's enough premeditation to get a conviction but there seems to be a bunch of hype around the CDs right now.

JA said she came through the garage with the code and just watched Travis for a bit before Napolean saw her and barked to announce her presence. CREEPY!

Please, I don't want to see someone be criticized for something that had many components to it..........

(put "Dan Freeman" or "Joshua Freeman" in the WS search) It was a VERY tragic situation. Please don't place judgments on the actions of Dan or his family..... I don't have a "horse in this race", but let's get the facts before we start questioning someone's motives or friendships.

The Freeman family was VERY close to Jodi. Daniel and Desiree Freeman testified to this for the defense. Jodi spent a lot of time with them. Also, both of may have visited Jodi in jail.

Jodi was arrested on Tuesday, July 15, 2008.

I can't imagine how they must feel, if they were totally blindsided after their testimonies and released from any future recall, to find out what JA had alleged about TA.

Holy #&9! This is a whole nother' realm, here. Makes sense that this would be her "source". But I have to wonder - Did Jodi have anything to do with Joshua's death? These kinds of coincidences for her are usually, well, noteworthy.

That OP doesn't have a source, though. Why would some unknown person say that Joshua had the closest relationship with Jodi when only Dan and Desiree visited her, testified and are in pics from road trips, etc. I guess I very much doubt that rumor, but appreciate your taking the time to respond...thx

Exactly--she filled three gas cans twice. No getting around that fact.

Although it is a pain to drag it all there it sure is a lot faster being able to do a lot of loads at once!
My sob story about laundry is that I have to take it from the top floor, down the stairs, through the main floor to the back stairs, down the stairs AGAIN and then to the machines. I'm exhausted before the load is even in the washer! I need a ranch home! :banghead:

Hubs and I bought a house and are renovating it. Master Suite has a huge bathroom and closet area - lots of room to do stuff and still have a nice big bathroom. I redesigned and brought the washer and dryer upstairs from the ground floor and put a laundry closet between the bathroom and the walk in closet! I'm done totting big loads from upstairs to downstairs to back upstairs!

Especially if she wants us to believe she shot him first. With a bullet that ripped though his nasal cavity and lodged in his jaw----he wouldn't be talking at all let alone screaming anything coherent.

You do bring up a good point here and one I hadn't considered quite yet. He MAY have been conscious but he certainly wasn't talking or yelling.

I find it really hard to think about him the way he died. It was as if she tortured him. Very awful.

A kind of local "factoid" I just heard watching the local KPHO 5 newscast: 80 people were in line to get into trial this morning and 12 won the lottery for court seats.
I guess it's an Arizona thing, people sitting in lawn chairs, drinking iced coffee, listening to the trial around the grounds of the courthouse. Chillin' and catching some rays at the same time.

I don't think so. He was found dead the day she was arrested and he left a suicide note.
