That is another reason she needs to be on DR. Curtail her activities. Limit her phone usage, prevent her from doing anything but sit alone in her cell for the rest of her miserable life.

I would watch it on my cell phone in the car, well, listen anyway. If you have a smart phone you can stream it from KPHO site. Just Google KPHO live stream and bookmark it on your phone. It works great!

I'm in CA and yes, I have a hands free sticky holder on the dash in compliance with our state law that you can't even hold a phone now when using it for a navigation device.

I use that one as well...works great !

In regard to the 2 hand foolishness, she was just trying to make herself look less bad and explain why she had to be faking it - couldn't hold the phone and do the other. It was a dumb excuse and another lie IMO.

Another thing I keep thinking of as the trial comes to an end, how much of what the defense presented were things JA made them? A talking head had mentioned any good attorney would have told her, you are out of your mind if you want to do that. But again, it was The Jodi Show and unfortunetly the DT were her puppets.

I was not a fan of Wilmott or Nurmi for the defense that they put on. But on a personal note, after having had to spend so much time with JA, I hope they do take some personal time to regroup. If I was them, I know I would need it

I have a lot of questions about this too. I'm not really sure how the defense side of things work - I mean does the defendent tell them what story to present or does the defense present a theory based on what the defendent tells them happened? 'Cause remember when Samuels said he and Nurmi went back and told Jodi something along the lines of the ninja story won't work...so if that's what Jodi was telling them happened and that was the truth as Jodi was presenting it, then how can they go back and tell her to say something else? (I actually think Juan could have used a lot of examples to say Samuels lied to the jury too - like this one first he said he and Nurmi went back to Jodi, then later he said oh she came forward herself with the "truth"...that lie goes in the same category to me as the lies ALV told the jury). Does anyone know how this works?
I have a feeling Jodi is running the show and not listening to their advice - b/c after the proof positive that there WAS a third gas can, I was amazed and wondering why the defense would let Jodi have lied point blank about that when they had already seen her credit card statement with the 3 Tesoro transactions? Then I figured out it must have been Jodi who insisted...only she is that dumb and out of touch with reality.

I have always thought it was JA's leg and foot in the forefront and Travis' head and arm behind that. (like his arm was bent at the elbow and his head was resting on it).

Today, Juan said it is JA's hand and foot and Travis' head and foot. I don't get it. Even after looking at it again to try to figure that out, I can't see it. What am I missing??

OK right. Just checked, her birthday was July 1980, making her 19 in 1999. That indicates there was friction in the family home between the parents when she was a young teenager. That could be the reason she began acting out as she did?

My bad, my daughter is 6 months younger than JA. So JA would have moved in 1998. She already had a bunch of her stuff moved to BJ's place and was planning on going there when she turned 18. Wasn't she 14 when she and her buddies were busted for growing pot on the roof? That would have been 1994, and a year later she met BJ at the fair? or football game? TMI........so her dad filing divorce (if that was him) would have been after the pot.......IDK.

I don't understand. She did lie about it, she is a liar. Of course she lied to throw JM off the gas cans, she knew she didn't return anything. She was betting that Walmart wouldn't have kept five year old records and no one would be able to check. If she had returned it to another store, the MOMENT she knew JM had gone to walmart to prove she didn't. She would've went "OMG this would support me in the gas cans story. Tell him I went to that and that store and make them check the Skew numbers"!

And during direct she says she returned it at the same store. Also says the same thing during cross. Never even mentions another store.

The whole returning the gas can WAS a lie. She didn't return it to any Walmart anywhere. She had 3 gas cans and filled them up in Utah just as her receipts indicated and the gas company witness testified. She also lied and said she didn't go to Salt Lake City (where she actually filled the 3 gas cans with gas).
Another lie.

Almost everything that came out of her mouth since she murdered Travis was a lie.

Remember the joke "How do you know he/she is lying? Because his/her mouth is moving". That's Jodi.

Hahaha....so she also seems to believe she is the only "expert" on all things sexual?! She must think no one on the jury had ever done that kind of shall-remain-unnamed action before??

My one wolfdog hadn't seen my son for 4 years, and we got another a year prior to him visiting.........not a peep, just crazy wagging tails. Well, the older one ran up to the house and tried to drag me down to the gate :scared:
