O another subject, jodi;s tears are so damn fake. She always has to sneak a peek at the worst photos. She LOVES to look at her handiwork.

I still haven't seen the photos of Travis dead and she knows when they are coming but just MUST sneak a peek.

Oh, I;m watching the worst of it right this moment and she just stares at the most horrible photos with this evil desire to just win. Not even one iota of sympathy for a man who was slaughtered.

She has done a good job for her client. It won\'t matter but she;s done what she can with what she has. But i think she is a hateful person. Personally, I cannot stand her.

Omgosh gitana1! I noticed the same thing while watching today and so did my husband! She showed absolutely no compassion, and that awful look on her face when the crime scene photos were up said it ALL! She's there to WIN! And it has nothing to do with Jodi. She doesn't care AT ALL about Jodi. It's about her and WINNING! I'm hoping the jury noticed it as well! Hateful woman.

I see that you're an attorney...are you taught to show such contempt for the victim if that's what your client is saying (that's he's an evil man?). I'm thinking her cold manner is just kind of like putting up a front in the courtroom...but I would think one would connect with the jurors more by showing they're human? I have come to dislike Wilmott way more than Nurmi, actually Nurmi can be nice when the times require like with DeAnna (yes I know the sex questions were crass but he did try to do it as delicately as he could)...I feel like if that had been Wilmott she would have even badgered DeAnna...it's like she just doesn't know how to loosen up.

I know it's so selfish to say but I never thought this would happen to my son. He is 12 years old and is really having a hard time with this. He keeps most of his worries and fears locked up in his head.

I am so sorry! As a mom I can imagine this being so hard..hugs.

Oh, such a hard age anyway. Changing and growing and don't really want to talk about their feelings much.
I would agree that another poster's suggestion to take a willing friend of his to get a crewcut also would be a great idea!
Also, I would just keep reminding him that you are there if he wants/needs to talk, that you are A TEAM and will fight this together, and that he will never, ever be going through this alone! Boys his age want to appear strong and not to need their mom, but I think it is when they need that reassurance the most. Your words and you having his back when the chips are down are important to him, even if he can't express that to you.
Hang in there Mom. So tough when are kids are scared and sick. We have to put up somewhat of a strong front while we are crushed inside.
Please know he has someone who has never met him who is cheering him on as he fights and wins this health battle!

When did JA move out of the parents' house to live with BJ? I just read elsewhere that her father filed for divorce in 1995......they're still married though today.

JA ditched school to "study" for a "test". Her dad busted her and grounded her for the rest of the school year (a few months before her 18 birthday) and she said "adios", moved in with BJ. So that would have been in 1999?

That pic of Jodi and Travis in the waterfall irks me to no end...and its her hand on Travis's chin. Something grades me.....

Looks to me like JA's hands are around his neck in that pic. I wish the media would stop showing pics of JA period. Why show pics of TA with JA in them? That's just wrong since she slaughtered him. :stormingmad:

I loved how Juan kept showing how JA blamed everyone else for her problems. All I could think about when he was done, the person who will help convict JA, is JA herself. She has nobody else to blame. Isn't it ironic JA?

Aw, I am so sorry. I can not even imagine! And you don't sound selfish at all! I think everyone would feel that way - you never think it can happen. I am so sorry! Makes me sad to read this. Stay Strong and hang in there. Sending you, your dear son, and your family my prayers.

I'm in CA and yes, I have a hands free sticky holder on the dash in compliance with our state law that you can't even hold a phone now when using it for a navigation device.

Yes, I'm glad other people have noticed...I posted something exactly like this earlier. I've seen MULTIPLE times where Wilmott just stares at the gruesome photos with her hand under her chin and shows ABSOLUTELY NO EMOTION. I try to put myself in her shoes, but I just can't. AND ACTUALLY SHE SOMETIMES SHAKES HER HEAD AND DOES A SMIRK/LAUGH WHILE LOOKING AT THE PICS when Juan or Dr. Horn would be trying to explain or say something about the photo that was bad for her client or that she didn't "agree" with based on her case. I've studied her eyes while she's looking and can detect absolutely no emotion underneath for what she is seeing with her own eyes.

One of the HLN programs showed a picture (maybe an evidence photo) of a CD with "T-Dogg" and the names of various places Travis and Jodi visited together written in black marker on the front surface. The writing sure looked like Jodi's. The premeditation comes into play because she claimed that Travis "guilted" her into coming to Mesa when she was in Pasadena--so if she didn't plan to see him, then why did she have the CDs with her in a rental car? She claimed to have had sex with Travis in the office to calm him down after he got angry because there was an issue accessing the photos. She really is a piece of work.

Speaking about JA's preposterous claim of having having sex with Travis in the office 'to calm him down' - my question is WHY didn't she use her seductive powers to 'calm him down' in the shower before he body slammed her and then tried to kill her???

Actually, since the 'sex in the office' happened shortly before she allegedly talked Travis into taking pics in the shower, WOULDN'T HE STILL BE
CALMED DOWN' after just having the sex in the office???

My boyfriend watched it with me, he only sees bits and pieces and he remarked out of the blue about Jodi...she only looks when its forensic photos, I think she likes it....

I agree with him and you. How many times over the past 5 years has she seen these photos? Play Misty For Me...she looks and looks at them. I find that abhorent.

That's not what I meant, lol, although admittedly I wasn't clear. I was thinking why would they go visit her or testify if she was closer to Joshua and NOT MENTION Joshua or Jodi's relationship with him in their testimony. In addition to the fact that there's no other evidence that she had any kind of relationship with Joshua -- just with Dan and Desiree. If her primary relationship was with Joshua rather than Dan and Desiree, they might not have visited and he certainly would have come up in their testimony, along with photos of Jodi with Joshua, not with Dan and Desiree only. jmo

I'm not looking or an outside source for the pedo allegations, so I don't care whether she knows any other professing pedos (although it sounds like Joshua wasn't one). And I'm not gonna stretch to make her have a relationship with Joshua so that I can name a source other than Travis. Just my opinion.
