I posted earlier but it is worth repeating JM is working TWELVE other cases.....no breaks for him.

HLN..I know, I know... said Juan makes $130,00.00 a year! Should be a lot more IMO.

Too bad the man who Jodi begged for money from when she went to Monterrey didn't hit the stand. A former boss of hers. He said that Jodi was frantic, she had to get to Arizona becuase Travis was with another woman. FRANTIC.

He looked so downtrodden that he gave her the money, like he was partially responsible for her murdering Travis, which he certainly is not.

Hey Kurt, I think the "covert" part started in AZ...Just saying...

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh::rockon:

I love how Jodi is all gussied up and staring plaintively at the poor jurors!

wow! reading your comment just reminded me of the OJ trial because of the word plaintive...I remember during that trial a neighbor witness referred to hearing the plaintive wail of the dog .....and here we have a dog again...I can only imagine the wails Napolean must have made..so glad JM mentioned Napolean yesterday.

Nurmi thinks that the jury will buy that JA is innocent just because there are better plans than JA used. I'd be very insulted if I were a juror.

If it wasn't a "covert mission" then why was there no activity in Arizona?

But if you pay with cash, you can't write it off as a business expense!
:scared:

I was just gonna say that! Her reasons for keeping all of these receipts was because it was a business trip!

His premise is that she's too smart to be so stupid.

Nurmi, she was that stupid because of the pix. She didn't factor in the images of murder.

So, basically....

KN's closing is more of a critique of what she did, and an explanation of how she shouldve done it in order to lessen her chances of getting caught. Im sure she'd take it to heart should there ever be a next time.

We went from covert mission, to journey, now back to covert operation.

Oh, don't forget he said she had a gun in her hand!:drumroll:

LOL, seems Nurmi finally gets it!

"A smart woman?" I don't think so.

Judge Stephens has a very stunned look on her face.

How are three deposits accounts a transfer between accounts? A transfer would involve reducing one, and increasing another - not deposits to all three.
Not covert, not transfers, probably money begged, borrowed or otherwise gotten

Just got in.. What'd I miss??

Wilmott looks like she's either really really tired or is reacting to a bee sting or somethin''

Some lipstick to match her suit would have looked nice..
I do love the color!
I heard Nurmi say

"She could have droven there"

LOL
Nothing except what you see now. You missed him use the rare word 'conversating' though. :floorlaugh:

He just has to cast doubt in one jurors mind

Nurmi, you have a problem with your defense. Everything you say would be great except she did go to Az and lied to everyone about it. She could have told RB that she was making a detour to visit friends in Mesa. She just moved from there, he wouldn't have questions her stopping there.
