I am confused right now - I have been reading posts indicating JW has a chance for a sur rebuttal closing???? this freaks me out, honestly.......the state has the last word i thought ... please help me calm down....

Oh, how I wish the jury would at least meet in the deliberation room and get a preliminary idea of where everyone stands.

I don't know how the jury is instructed to deliberate, but years ago in CA when I was on jury duty, IIRC we met in the del. rm. and took an initial vote to see where we all stood. Is that allowed these days, and allowed in AZ, or do they have to actually discuss/deliberate before they take any preliminary votes?

I use Priceline all the time in the course of business.

Airline will show up as Priceline, but car rental will not. Even if you reserve through priceline, you are not charged for a rent car until you return it.

The car rental company will 'reserve' an amount against your card and then actually charge it once returned. So the charge will show up as the rental car co because priceline is not actually processing the charge like they do for air fare.

Know this for a fact. My CC bills always show Priceline for air and Alamo/Enterprise/Budget for the car rental.

IMO: JW is making notes for a future appeal as any good defense lawyer would.

IMO: JA, somewhere behind the rote attempt to approximate a normal human facial reaction to being finally and fully exposed as a murderer, is making mental notes for the next version of her story that will make us all finally understand.

That is my scenario, I don't bid, I just reserve. I'm assuming that is the difference.


So, if you bid Priceline charges.

If you just reserve, the car co charges.
