I dout it will be anytime soon when we know the full story of the video, PI, and all that..
But I can tell you this much...
If either D. Casey, or this Hoover guy or anyone in Baez's office asks for immunity, I hope that the State Attorney digs a hole under the jail, and they find their denial letters in the bottom of it..JMHO:bang:

I do not think that LP is lying about this b/c he named an FBI Agent. I tell you what if he was lying on TV like this I think they could get him for slander which makes me think he is being credible.

I'm glad I saw this thread! I turned on the TV and the program has just started here on the west coast - 3:00pm.
I saw LP's exchange with the attorney who said that he finds LP's statements questionable, to which LP said he was backed by Nick Savage of the FBI.

I'm really beginning to think LP may be full of some valid bombshells.
Maybe I need to start drinking or go to bed or something- but I really don't think he would have dropped Savage's name unless there was a real relationship there.

There was a former LE or FBI guy on NG one night that said he had worked with LP and his word was golden.I started looking at LP differently after that.
But now it seems he has a new theory every day.

Hmmmm.....................LP thinks Casey dumped the remains on June 24th when she was almost caught by George when he insisted on getting into the trunk of her for the chocks.
The psychologist brought up a good point - George and Cindy probably weren't involved to the point of moving the remains because the media has been on them 23/7 since the story broke.

LP makes it clear it was December 16, or 17, that the discussion between him and DC was held, which makes no sense at all, since the remains were found on the 11th.
Joy's husband works for JB.
LP says LE took JH video and other things after LP informed them of what DC stated to him. He said DC said he found Caylee, but the video was shot 100 ft/yds, I'm not sure, from Caylee was located. He goes on to state that NS of FBI will back him on everything he said. When DC told LP he found Caylee, LP told him to inform LE.
LP says LE thinks was dumped on the 18th. But LP thinks it was dumped at a later date.
ok my opinion now, but with GA possible lie about following Casey in CA's car, for no apparent reason. It could be he did smell something in her car on the 24th, and followed her, and saw her dump the body, perhaps not knowing what it was. LE in last doc dump does state the they thought GA was lying about the Casey chase. I need to go find out what day that was. I thought it was the 25th but need to verify. as always moo

I just watched the rerun. Yes, Leonard said he had the video conversation around Dec. 16-17th, something like that.
That sassy guy who attacked LP was wrong. He said LP was just saying this today about the video. No, I heard him say it on Monday/Tuesday overnight on Jane VM's show. He said then the video was made supposedly in November and LP found out about the tape in December (15th-16th-17th). Boy, I wanted to reach into the TV and smack that sassy creature.

If the PI's got their info from Baez while on the defense team (then they would have known for several months) but it would be privileged info and they would not be able to disclose it. If they got the info after that contract was terminated, and/or have been discussing it with third parties then there are possible legal issues. They say they didn't find a body, you are not under a requirement to say you looked somewhere and found nothing. Slimy, but not illegal per se.

I totally believe LP. There is no way, in this case, he would lie. Nick Savage is well respected amongst FBI agents. I just heard LP on CNN. I do not believe he would bring up NS name and risk being in a legal jam if this is not true.
IN ADDITION...He is saying that they found Caylee on November 15,2008. The conversation went like this, according to LP, "We found Caylee" the other PI says "Dead or alive?" "Dead, and we are moving her now ." The A's are going down and they know it.
I want to mention one more interesting thing. MN, the A's first attorney, quit on November 20th. Five days after the PI made this discovery. I wonder if he was tipped off and at that time he knew that it was not worth losing his reputation over to continue on with these conniving people??:waitasec:

I agree with you. I do not see him just name dropping like that. He could be charged with slander and interfering with that case big time.
That was Jack Tremarko(sp), an ex FBI polygrapher. He has close ties with Dr. Phil and appears on his show often, which leads me to question his credibility. I thought it strange how he made that statement out of the blue.
