I was curious how it fits in datewise with JB's statement that 'If Caylee is dead it was a tragic accident...blah blah'.

IIRC, the statement about the clothes not being found was something LP said KC said to Rob back when they were transporting her to/from JB's or court or the offical that handled her movements while out on bail.

This whole thing stinks to high Heaven. If casey told jose (likely) and jose had previous conversations with these PI's about potential locations and then they were no longer employed and decided on there own to go to this particular location and found Caylee's body how exactly does this become privileged. Who told the anthony's, the PI's, or did casey explicitly give jose the right to tell them and he told them.

Because if Nejame knew, how did he find out, I doubt jose told him, I doubt casey gave him permission to tell Nejame, that information had to come from the anthony's...the question remains how did the anthony's find out. And remember this was the week that the anthony's were going to have this big press conference with the PI's about an "alive" Caylee, but that kept getting canceled and then on the 20th Nejame quits.

Nejame said in his interview the day Caylee was found..(not exact words but close) "that what you don't know is more horrific than what you do know", and that to me says that the anthony's knew and told him and he tried unsuccessfully to get them to do something about it and stop the Caylee is alive nonsense and they just flat out refused.

Referring to the bolded, disclosing the location to LE would fall under privileged information IF they became aware of the location while on her defense team. Your responsiblity to maintain confidentiality doesn't end when you leave the team. BUT if they got the info afterwards, or shared it with third parties it is no longer privileged information.

I agree with everything you have said about Nejame, he tried to steer, became disgusted with the whole thing and got the hell out and has just been waiting to see it all implode. We will never know what it was he knew and didn't though.

I asked this earlier and think it got lost in the duplicate postings, but what are all these measurements based on???? There was no body to find, she was spread across the acre of land they cleared post discovery. The MM found the skull inside a bag. There wouldn't be anything to film or take pictures of. If they were looking for the bag to remove it than I guess I get the measurements of how far off people were. There is still more to this story.

He aslo said at the time he quit that there was a lot we think we know that is false, and I believe that was in context of slamming the A's. Remember he was still very symathetic to them and was adamant that they DID NOT know where Caylee was or had anything to do with her disappearance.

His parting letter about the anthony's was very sympatheitc and quite professional.

It doesn't make any sense.
If DC left the defense team on 10-1-08 and was hired by the Anthony's then he had to have known the location of the body prior to 10-1-08. Even Baez can't be dumb enough to share that kind of info with someone that is not actively on the defense team at the time.

To me the real question is what was DC telling the Anthony's. Was he really selling them a bill of goods about Live Caylee sitings or was this a group conspiracy to mislead the public and LE, and even the grandparents knew her body was there.

If DC was not part of the defense team in November than he has no business at the scene, and if he was part of the defense and was collecting observational evidence (Shockingly legal) than he has a huge problem now that it is public information and incriminates Casey. I believe the reports that he was off the Baez payroll in Oct. which would put him there on his own accord or at the Anthony's instructions and would make me believe they were there to make sure there was no evidence.

You're right-it doesn't make sense!! These people run around like the Keystone cops meet the Three Anthony's(I mean Stooges). How can we know who is really working for who and when someone is really off someones payroll? I think there are so many people with their own interests and agendas that they just can't help but screw up!!:bang:

In the past, NG has specifically asked LP if some of what he was stating was theory or fact...he has always answered "his theory" when it was, and "fact" when indeed it was. I would like to believe that in this case, LP is telling the truth, considering he did claim an FBI agent would back him on what he was saying. The media must believe that LP has knowledge about this case, or why would they continuously book him on shows...not to mention all the interviews he has done for newspapers?

LP is a smart guy. As angry as I was at him when he posted KC's bail, I think I can see now what he was doing. He was trying to get her to sing. He wanted to look at her and talk to her, because frankly, when you have been in the business long enough, you can tell, I think. And having dealt with a slick bounty hunter looking for a relative of mine, I can assure you, he felt he could get answers. Problem is, KC is not like your typical criminal. She's a sociopath.

Thing is now, he is trying to show the world the monster KC is. He knows more than he's letting on. I think he is getting the information from the "dream team" because he's digging for the last part he does not know--how Caylee died.

what I thought was really interesting was LP saying that the film he saw that H the pi taped the other PI was on the phone and he asked who He was talking to and H the PI stated that DC the PI was talking to Joy (whos hubby works for JB)..
So why were they out there taping while talking on the phone to someone that works for JB. Could this be why JB is so concerned about LE talking to the PI's

Yes they are third parties to Casey.
And yes, it makes it even worse that they may have known something like that at any point along the way, a month before or earlier. Of course, assuming that they did, but I just don't see them not knowing and this PI working for them on live sitings that they really bought into and in the meantime filming the disposal site for sadistic giggles. Them knowing makes much more sense.

That is the woman. I did an Intelius search on her. Her husband's name is John. He is the PI hired by JB I believe.

Hi Manny I have been asking myself that about ALOT of the people in this case.:furious: My guess is the A's are going to next claim incompetent representation BEFORE KC even goes to trail.
