LP really thought he could get KC to answer his questions. I think he knew from the get-go that she was guilty. Thing is, he was privy to a lot of conversations in the family. After getting to know them, he would have had some idea where Caylee was.

MN bolted, pure and simple. The PI was supposed to move the body, but when he got there, the body was scattered and there was no way that it coould be done. They decided to film "the area" and went on to call the meter reader and tip him off. They would have had his information, given the number of times he had already called. MN tried to get KC to do a plea bargain, but she, focused on her, her, her, refused.

That's right-I forgot MN's quitting abruptly was in the same timeline. I'm sure he saw a bit of the behind the scenes shenanigans and decided it was time to get the heck outta Dodge. What I don't get is whyone PI is videotaping another PI looking at the woods? DC worked for JB first then split with him in Oct and went to work for the A'S-or did he? Maybe the A's thought he had and that's why they hired him. Maybe, DC never really left JB-just went undercover. So, JB has a source in the A camp. Nobody in this case trusts the other!!
This case makes my head hurt worse than a hangover!!

I know what you mean!! I have a feeling within the next two weeks more arrest will come down. JMO

I would place bets that if the P.I. didnt tell LP in december about their discovery and video on November 15th, no one would of even have known they filmed the area or said they had the body, etc- If they kept their mouth shut to LP- how would anyone have known they were there?

If LP is saying the film was OFF by 100 yards, then HOW could they state to LP they know the body was there?
I think they filmed to TRY to prove for the defense that the body was not there.
And I am sick of people saying she killed her accidently. Anyone in their right mind does not "accidently" overdose a child. You know darn well when you give a 2 yr old cholorform they WILL die. For heavens sakes she RESEARCHED it online! So its NOT an accident! Ugh!

Not to be snarly, but most folks have a new theory every day :waitasec: depending on what is released to the media or not released.

LP is not stupid. He is not about to risk his lively hood and employment as well as PI license to get another 15 minutes of fame. He doesn't care about TV exposure. He is after KC, as he should be for personal reasons as well as making sure the correct person is convicted of murder.

LP has been on the mark most of the time with the info he has had at that given time. I too remember the former FBI agent that publicly vouched for LP and I have to believe that LP does know more than he has said. Too many people want to believe only what they see in this equation that KC has created.

There are far too numerous factors in this case that the older ones get lost and replaced by theories that people run with.

If and that is a huge IF, JB was informed that KC did in fact confess, he can only defend the evidence not KC's innocence. Which is the theory I believe has occurred. JB is doing everything a defense attorney should be doing; attempting to poke holes in the prosecutions evidence.

Don't think it will work, but he is gonna give it his novice try.

Thank you for mentioning LP's intelligence. His IQ is extremely high, he's no fool and he really deserves much more respect than he's been given.
Besides all of that he has a heart the size of California!

I don't think MNJ would speak to KC period. He has stated time and time again that she IS/ WAS NOT his client.

MNJ would not allow his reputation in the community to be ruined by the A's. I think he found something out that he was appalled by. JMO

I think CA and GA were defending Casey all along not because they wanted to help KC, but because Lee is involved. What ya wanna bet LA was the one who told the PI where to go? Wasn't it around the 15/16th LA got an attorney himself?

If DC left the defense team on 10-1-08 and was hired by the Anthony's then he had to have known the location of the body prior to 10-1-08. Even Baez can't be dumb enough to share that kind of info with someone that is not actively on the defense team at the time.

To me the real question is what was DC telling the Anthony's. Was he really selling them a bill of goods about Live Caylee sitings or was this a group conspiracy to mislead the public and LE, and even the grandparents knew her body was there.

If DC was not part of the defense team in November than he has no business at the scene, and if he was part of the defense and was collecting observational evidence (Shockingly legal) than he has a huge problem now that it is public information and incriminates Casey. I believe the reports that he was off the Baez payroll in Oct. which would put him there on his own accord or at the Anthony's instructions and would make me believe they were there to make sure there was no evidence.

Well finally!! For Jose B.? Are you kidding me? Please tell me he (JB) is not behind sending that, that...woman...to all those sights??!! Do we have any video of her husband being there?

He may have spent those five days advising them to do the right thing and tell LE (he would not be able to), and when he realized that it was not going to happen he resigned. I don't think they moved the body, it was too spread out.

My question is if the PI did not find out this info until 11-15, then he was not on Baez payroll then and it would not be privileged. Did he just come up with the idea to go film it on the 15th and he has known the local since being on the defense team? And when did George and Cindy find out?

If casey told jose (likely) and jose had previous conversations with these PI's about potential locations and then they were no longer employed and decided on there own to go to this particular location and found Caylee's body how exactly does this become privileged. Who told the anthony's, the PI's, or did casey explicitly give jose the right to tell them and he told them.

Because if Nejame knew, how did he find out, I doubt jose told him, I doubt casey gave him permission to tell Nejame, that information had to come from the anthony's...the question remains how did the anthony's find out. And remember this was the week that the anthony's were going to have this big press conference with the PI's about an "alive" Caylee, but that kept getting canceled and then on the 20th Nejame quits.

Nejame said in his interview the day Caylee was found..(not exact words but close) "that what you don't know is more horrific than what you do know", and that to me says that the anthony's knew and told him and he tried unsuccessfully to get them to do something about it and stop the Caylee is alive nonsense and they just flat out refused.

I asked this earlier and think it got lost in the duplicate postings, but what are all these measurements based on???? There was no body to find, she was spread across the acre of land they cleared post discovery. The MM found the skull inside a bag. There wouldn't be anything to film or take pictures of. If they were looking for the bag to remove it than I guess I get the measurements of how far off people were. There is still more to this story.

Thank you for pointing out my mistake MissJames. I just got excited and mistyped. The woman we are discussing JW, claimed that her husband was working for the PI - D. Casey. It is D. Casey that is said to have the video as well as another PI working with him. She, herself, was photographed taking pictures of the area that Caylee was found and dropping it off to LE. That was reported on local orlando newspaper website and WSers figured out who she was and that it appears she had inserted herself into this case early on...again my apologies for connecting her to the wrong man as a husband. I really should read what I write before I hit submit.

I feel the A's never wanted that body found. There would always be a shadow of a doubt that way.

If I remember correctly, doesn't LP have a law degree. He stated early on during the NG show I think (can't find a link). If that is the case he is knowledgeable on how the law works compared to the PI's. Even though he throws a lot at us I think he knows what can get him in trouble.

Yes, he does have a law degree and he is president and ceo of a law school where he provides a law education for people who may not be able to afford it.

He aslo said at the time he quit that there was a lot we think we know that is false, and I believe that was in context of slamming the A's. Remember he was still very symathetic to them and was adamant that they DID NOT know where Caylee was or had anything to do with her disappearance.

That is the woman. I did an Intelius search on her. Her husband's name is John. He is the PI hired by JB I believe.
